Giuseppe's Pizzeria and Catering

Unfortunately, the food is bland, watery, and soggy. I got the calamari, eggplant Parmesan with garlic bread and was disappointed.

Decent tasting pizza, but a little pricey. $18.00 for a 12" sausage pizza is pretty high. I guess there are coupons out there but I didn't have one. Also, owners, trust me, your fried mushrooms are really not good. They have no taste and are mushy. Also pricey at $8. I get them all over and these were blah.
I didn't hate the place, but Des Plaines has other options that are a little better. Just my opinion.

The pizza was decent, but nothing spectacular. The crust was a little too doughy for my liking, and the toppings were a bit sparse. It wasn't bad, just not memorable.

I've been eating here since the 1990;s when i lived in Des Plaines at the old location on lee street in the restaurant and delivery and the lunch buffet( which was awesome) . Always loved everything here especially their Italian beefs which were always huge. Since moving a little further I've found them on UberEATS and have been getting Italian beefs the last 2 years (along with pizza etc.) . I will say the Italian beefs are even better than they were years ago. Don't know what you're doing but keep it up!. To me.... this Italian beef is in a class with some of the best around Chicagoland and that is saying something.

It's take out and delivery only, but the food is delicious. Try their new tavern style pizza. It's excellent!

Tried the new ultra-thin tavern pizza and it was awesome! How they get it so thin?? Edges were nicely charred, crust was crisp throughout, cheese just right, saucy sauce, classic sausage was savory and generously topped. A Chicago take on St. Louis cracker-style pizza, and Giuseppe's did it right.

We had Giuseppe’s cater our Christmas Eve Dinner. We wanted it extra special because our relatives came in from Italy for the Holidays. This was our first experience with Giuseppe’s Catering, and I guarantee, it won’t be our last! What a marvelous spread they served us. There really was no favorites, because all of it was our favorite. Thank you to all at this great place for making our Holiday a wonderful experience we won’t soon forget.

Check your pizza before you leave. Giuseppe's is usually solid. Sometimes the bottom can be a little soggy; but this time it looks like somebody stuck their finger in the middle and played with the cheese after it came out. I was too hungry and didn't feel like going out to call and complain. I'll just check the pizza before waking out next time.

The pizza by the slice is awesome. Took my boy here and he loved it - he was going to get the pepperoni, but I explained to him that Giuseppe's has the best sausage around.

Safe to say, he agreed.

Absolutely delicious pizza,there large size pizza is bigger ,then extra large in many places.
I totally recommend this place to everyone.
Bit priced, but it's so worth it.
