First time trying it it was amazing; good price for sandwich, side and drink and the food was very fresh and very prompt service and nice ambience ; also seems pretty clean; chipotle compared to this is nothing

Came in here on a lark with my partner after hearing the good was good and right off the top it was a GREAT experience! We came by in the evening and were greated by Nemo, a wonderful and super personable employee who took the time to explain the menu, the options amd personal recommendations when we explained this was our first time there. This was amazimg service, and really made it a wonderful experience.

That said the whole staff were wonderful, friendly and took the time to answer any questions we had. Everyone there was wonderful, not sure I've seen a friendlier staff!

The food was quite a bit different than I thought but exceeded my expectations. It's very fresh tasting, the steak is very tender and not a shred of cheese sauce to be seen. I had the steak nachos and 2 hsrd tacos and was so full I almost went into a food coma, very filling and great. Can't wait to go back again!😊

Update 112/08: went back tonight and had another wonderful experience. Staff was great again and very personable and the food was freah and delicious. Really like this place and really recommend a visit!

Basically a Chipotle alternative.
The chicken was cooked much better as in it was fresh off the grill.

Ordered a burrito and taco. Asked for chicken. Complete transaction then a few minutes comes to window saying, we're getting fresh chicken for you and to park up front and bring out. Why even say making fresh chicken.. were you going to make with bad and changed your mind. Even when not busy does everyone need to pull up front and wait for a small order for two employees to bring it out. Place has a weird vibe.

Dustin, Nemo and team were amazing. I placed an online order right before closing and they had issues with the fryer. They communicated what was going on, gave me a complimentary coupon for a burrito and got me my fresh French fries! AMAZING team and AMAZING customer service!! This experience has made me a huge fan of your brand! Please make sure that that team at the Des Plaines location gets the just recognition they deserve!

I love this place! What i appreciate the most is that they have not abandoned customer service like so many, including the fast casual mexican place right down the street( where you can only interact with screens.) The personalized interactions here, saying hi, how are you, how can I help you...mean ALOT! Please don't change that!

I wasn't overly impressed. We just ordered a few breakfast burritos. It was nothing to write home about. Set it up more like a chipotle, where you can pick more options it might be better.

2nd try here and remembered why I didn't come back after they opened. The food was tiny with hardly any meat or cheese in it which gave it no flavor at all, well just add sauce. Nope the extra sauce cup was 3/4 empty which i could almost get a drizzle out of. The churo was hard and basically a warm stale mess. Even my kid didnt like it at all and he loves mexican food.
Just like the first time I came a waste of 30 bucks. Only highlight was the fries. Will not recommend this place.
