Harry Caray's Italian Steakhouse

Not up to usual standards. At early noon luncheon, long wait for the server to greet us, waited for drinks and food. Initial bread service was not offered until requested. Request for soda refill never arrived. Disorganized and maybe understaffed. What happened to the white smocked waiters? Only one waitress at our noon outing. Not the Harry's we know and expect.

Our waiter was great! And the food was delicious. The only thing was we wanted to share a salad. And the waiter said they were small portion. So we felt we had to buy 2 salads. When we received it, it would have been plenty to share.

The halibut and scallop specials were amazing! The simple field greens salad was tossed perfectly as well! Harry Caray's is a tried and true staple of Chicagoland!

This was a convenient restaurant to meet some friends, close to the airport, a beautiful warm day so we could dine outside. The menu suits all appetites from a kale salad to a full steak dinner. Make sure to look over the daily specials as well. My Buffalo chicken wrap with sweet potato fries was delicious and ample in size. I would definitely order it again. My friend had the filet mignon sliders, they also looked really good, she was happy with hers too. I would've liked a refresh sooner on my iced tea, but that's the only negative. A good experience all in all.

Met my son in law there for his birthday. Sat in the beautiful and spacious bar. Service was instantaneous. The food was exceptional. They also brought out the surprise birthday dessert I selected with a candle. Great restaurant.

Enjoyed our lunch with friends. Food was good, waiter was patient and price was reasonable.

Great hamburger! Best I've had in years! Nice thick and juicy burger. Great sweet potato fries.

Was celebrating a wedding, put it on our reservation but was not acknowledged. One person in party ordered three drinks and each drink was not good. Waiter didn't even question drinks standing on table. Was a family favorite and this time it was disappointing.

It was a beautiful day to sit on the patio with my brother in from out of town. We enjoyed the tomato soup and a delicious chopped salad. Our server was attentive and friendly. A very convenient location near O'Hare with quality food and service.

Consistently well-prepared food, served in a timely manner. They don't rush you to turn the tables, and their free bread and butter are great. For frequent dinners there, the menu is a bit stagnant, but it is always good.

We chose this restaurant for my birthday dinner! As a native of Chicago and a Cubs fan, I enjoyed the atmosphere. Although the food was good, we thought it was a little overpriced. It's more of a casual dining experience, not an upscale type place. Prices don't necessarily reflect that. Regardless, we had a nice time. Thanks!

We ate outside. It was a nice day when we paid for our food. Our waitress came back without my debit card. I asked her for it and she said she gave it to me and walked away. Security got involved and first thing he said was she gave it to you a half an hour later someone from the inside another table turned in our debit card, we never got one apology or a discount.

I was looking for a place for lunch on a Saturday close to the airport. Harry Caray's was perfect. It wasn't busy, so it was very quiet and we had great service. The food was very good.

Food was good although we felt rushed by our server. We went at 630 on a Monday night. Could not believe how crowed and LOUD the restaurant was. We actually changed tables 5 minutes after we sat down. Alas there was no escaping the noise as the room and table change quickly became just as loud. There seemed to be a number of large parties of 10 or more everywhere. While the food was good, would not go back as we couldn't hear the 2 people we had invited to join us
