I recently dined at Harry Caray's Italian Steakhouse and had a mixed experience. My steak was prepared well and enjoyable; however, my friend's fettuccine Alfredo was disappointing and lacked the expected quality. The primary reason for this review, though, is the service. Our server, Mark, consistently appeared rushed and disengaged throughout the evening. It felt as though providing attentive service was an inconvenience, which affected the overall dining experience far more than the food itself. Harry Caray's has a strong reputation, and I believe it can deliver a great meal, but I would caution future guests to request a different server to ensure the level of hospitality matches the restaurant's standards.
Server was very good. Food was also very good with generous portions. Very loud space partly because the bartenders were yelling the entire time but they clearly know their regulars and were friendly so not a big deal. Next time I'm here I would go back.
Service and food were very good. Energetic place the day we dined. Tried the buffalo wrap for the first time with a side salad. Impressive size for both the wrap and salad. Wrap was very tasty, and the salad was mostly darker greens and not just iceberg lettuce filler, with a great vinaigrette dressing. Both very good, and I would order again.
Very nice each time I go, it’s very consistent. But for some reason the bartender doesn’t listen to your requests. Good over alll

Somewhat disappointed, nothing horribly bad, but nothing to go back for that was amazing. The old fashioned cocktail was "interesting", it had a hug slice of orange on the bottom, which made the ice block stick halfway out of the top of the glass. The wedge salad was just "meh" and nothing special. The filet was a nice cut and cooked perfectly, but again, nothing special. Sides were grilled asparagus and potato, both fine, but just mediocre. We had a pasta dish with steak - good but not bursting with flavor at all. Our server was nice and attentive. I would not go back for another meal there, plenty of other places to enjoy in the area.
Had a fantastic time mat Harry Caray’s. Had a draft beer while waiting for my sister to deboard her plane at O’Hare. The service was perfect, they turned in the Ohio State game as we requested and had good banter with the bartenders. Great place and we will be back.

Typical theme restaurant, nestled in a hotel lobby. Which is probably not doing it favours. The food was broadly what's expected, cream corn was a stand out. Food was made to order steak was generally cooked to the right temps. I would recommend this place for large groups.

Not up to usual standards. At early noon luncheon, long wait for the server to greet us, waited for drinks and food. Initial bread service was not offered until requested. Request for soda refill never arrived. Disorganized and maybe understaffed. What happened to the white smocked waiters? Only one waitress at our noon outing. Not the Harry's we know and expect.
Went thinking this was one of the best sports bars in the area, I couldn’t be more wrong. First the good. Food was exceptional as you come to expect at harry carays…. But the atmosphere couldn’t be worse. On one of the most unbelievable nights in baseball history there was no baseball to be found on any TVs. Dirt track truck racing was on every television in the restaurant. I asked to get the hockey and baseball game on and the bartender didn’t know how and said “I lied on my application, I don’t like sports” They had to get a manager to switch one tv to the hockey game and the baseball game never made it. I just hope Harry himself isn’t looking down on his Rosemont location as he would be mad at dutchie and Grant for ruining one of the great restaurant names in Chicago history. The food was good
Our waiter was great! And the food was delicious. The only thing was we wanted to share a salad. And the waiter said they were small portion. So we felt we had to buy 2 salads. When we received it, it would have been plenty to share.

Excellent food and service! Highly recommended Ashley is very proffesional A great image for Harry Caray's Rosemont Thank you!
Our last minute decision to come here paid off. We were lucky to get Katelyn as our server and she made our dinner memorable. Drinks, salad and entree were wonderful.
The halibut and scallop specials were amazing! The simple field greens salad was tossed perfectly as well! Harry Caray's is a tried and true staple of Chicagoland!
This was a convenient restaurant to meet some friends, close to the airport, a beautiful warm day so we could dine outside. The menu suits all appetites from a kale salad to a full steak dinner. Make sure to look over the daily specials as well. My Buffalo chicken wrap with sweet potato fries was delicious and ample in size. I would definitely order it again. My friend had the filet mignon sliders, they also looked really good, she was happy with hers too. I would've liked a refresh sooner on my iced tea, but that's the only negative. A good experience all in all.
Kind of a little loveless local. Service somehow listless but still very polite.Food was and tasty, but it goes better
