I celebrated my birthday dinner at Hugo's Frog Bar & Chop House in Des Plaines, and it was absolutely iconic! The food was outstanding, but what made the evening truly special was the service. A big thank you to our server Salvador, who was attentive, warm, and made sure every detail was perfect. Also, a huge shout-out to Manager Jason for going above and beyond to make the celebration memorable. Their hospitality turned a great dinner into an unforgettable experience....
We loved our waiter- He knows his steaks, very accomodating, helped us picked the right food to eat with our liking and the manager was engaged with the customers. Very welcoming. It's always a hit for us Thank You!!!
Knowledgeable server. Had East coast oysters (delicious), carpaccio(gone), and frog legs (yum) as appetizers. Everyone enjoyed their mains and got the carrot cake as my side and took all 5 pounds of it to go!
