We celebrated my wife's birthday. The host greeted us with a smile and wished her a happy birthday. So did the waiter. And the restaurant manager came by and thanked us for coming. My wife Belinda ordered a filet, and I ordered the grouper. Both were very tasty. And the restaurant sang Happy Birthday and gave us a big slice of pumpkin cheesecake, which was delicious.
The porterhouse is a little more difficult steak to cook due to the different cuts of meat... I've never made one better! The crust, the temp, the seasoning... it was perfect! And the staff and atmosphere were amazing :)
First-time visit and loved it! We had dinner at Hugo's Frog Bar & Chop House in Des Plaines before a concert at The Center. Our server, Rose, was absolutely delightful—attentive and warm throughout the evening. The food, service, and ambiance made for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend and will definitely return!
