Gyro, frys, and a drink $17.18. They charge 3.5% more if your don't have cash. The food was really good, I mean really good. Service was not the best ever but who cares it's fine. The atmosphere is really bad. Bathroom is barely in working order and there are signs everywhere that just scream cheapness. Only one refill, take only what your need not more, 3.5% check increase if you use card. All these things aren't crazy but combined it just comes off as cheap.

Walked in and the place was empty minus a really friendly guy at a table (maybe the owner?). The guy that took our order was friendly. The food is a little pricey but i was pleasantly surprised when my gyros dinner came with a decent size salad. I was satisfied and still had food left to take home. If you're near Johnny's Place, stop in. Great for a fast bite!

One of the worst cheese steaks I've had in a while. Super bland, no salt or seasoning on the veggies and steak. Price is sky high as well, $18.80 for Philly, fries, and drink. On top of that there's signs all over the place saying don't take this, don't do that, ONE REFILL ONLY ETC. Not welcoming at all and the food isn't good enough for me to come back.

I have been coming Johnny's Place since they were in Park Ridge. I used to come there for lunch every day or every other day. Always friendly and pleasant atmosphere. The food is very delicious. John puts his heart in all the customers.
