We ordered boso lagman to go, but there was hardly any meat and very few vegetables. Maybe they put less food when it’s for takeout? We eat this dish there often, and the difference was noticeable right away

He was very professional, friendly, and made sure everything arrived on time and exactly as ordered. It’s rare to see such attention to detail and genuine care for customers. What a cool place. I loved the unique food that was delicious.
This was the worst experience ever. The service is absolutely terrible and completely unprofessional. I waited 40 minutes for my order, then had to cancel it and leave with nothing. On top of that, the prices are ridiculously high. Never again!

I called at 11:45 to order shawarma and a pie for pickup. A friendly manager took the order, wrote down my phone number, and promised it would be ready in 15 minutes. However, when I arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes later, it turned out that pies were not available. The question arises—why did they take my number if they could not notify me in advance? I agreed to keep only the shawarma in the order. The manager went to check if it was ready, but after another 10 minutes of waiting I received no answer. As a result, I told another employee that I no longer needed the order and left the place. My lunch time is limited, so I simply could not wait longer. I had visited “Karavan” before and was always satisfied with both the service and the food. But this situation left me disappointed and with no desire to return.
