Katie’s Kitchen has great food! Our family comes mainly to be served by their great server Jo!! She is friendly, competent, and ensures that your order is correct! Ask for her—you won’t be disappointed!

Katie’s Kitchen feels like you’ve stepped into your grandmother’s home for Sunday brunch. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the comforting smell of fresh coffee and warm baked goods coming right out of the oven. The decor is cozy and nostalgic, with little touches that make it feel personal and welcoming—not like a commercial restaurant, but a place that’s loved. I ordered the country skillet, and every bite tasted homemade—perfectly seasoned potatoes, fluffy eggs cooked just right, and sausage that had that rich, hearty flavor you can’t fake. The pancakes were golden, buttery, and generously portioned, with real maple syrup that took them over the top. What truly stood out, though, was the service. Katie herself came by our table to check in, making us feel like family instead of customers. This isn’t just a place to eat; it’s a place to slow down, savor, and feel at home.

The service was quick and friendly. The place is clean and well maintained. The food came out quick but was kind of bland. We had a scramble and potatoes

Really enjoyed our breakfast at Katies after a suggestion from a friend.
Service was prompt and they did a great job of keeping coffee and beverages filled.
Portions were a bit small for price, but comparable to other restaurants in the vicinity.
I really enjoyed the skillet special, had great flavor, would have liked just a bit more though.
We will be back.

Fried green tomato egg sandwich is now my favorite breakfast food of all time.
I've lived in the area for a few years now but hadn't heard of Katie's Kitchen until last week. I checked it out yesterday and the steak sandwich was amazing! 10/10 recommend!
The french toast with cinnamon apples was also very good.
Good price, no wait on a Saturday for brunch, and fast service.
Can't wait to go again!

I really enjoyed my breakfast! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I really liked the menu. Definitely will be back! Got the steak skillet and biscuits and gravy. Both hit the spot. The were on Chicago’s Best for the Huevos Rancheros. I almost ordered that; next time!

This place was so good we went as a family and had a great time. Their pancakes and omelets were great and the staff were so friendly!
Katie's Kitchen has been around for many, many years and is located in a small strip mall. It's not very easy to spot from the street. Their food is made fresh to order with quality ingredients. They also offer seasonal unique dishes for breakfast/brunch. I have eaten at Katie's Kitchen many times over the years. I have always enjoyed the many different dishes I've had at Katie's Kitche. All the ingredients are sourced from local farms and one can taste the freshness in every bite. I like their unique, seasonal dishes as well as classic dishes. For example, skillets and omelets. The parking lot is free. The service is very good. Their coffee is excellent. Expect to spend $12 and above (excluding tip) per person.
Great service and very helpful working with larger parties.
