The food is OK (if you actually receive what you order) but the service SUCKS!
Definitely, don’t order online. Better yet, don’t order here at all.
I was ripped off of food and sauces that were ordered online. They missed an entire five piece tenders meal and then when it was brought to their attention, served that tenders meal without the biscuit that’s supposed to come with it. No sauces were included with any of the meals although they were ordered through KFC’s app. While I caught the missing five-piece tenders meal, I didn’t catch the missing biscuit or the missing sauces until I got them home. Also, no apology for the missing but paid for food.
This KFC has been in this location for close to 60 years but it is not managed very well. I like KFC. Their chicken is fabulous and they also make fantastic cole slaw but after many years of going here, I won’t be coming back.
For me, that’s TRULY disappointing!

No wonder kfc is declining. Their new menu is terrible such as the honey bbq chicken is simply too sweet and drowning in sauce and the taste is just bad.

Ive never had such a bad experience at a fast food restaurant, I paid for my food after ordering in the drive thru, and I was told to go around front, ok no biggie. Then comes the 20 minute wait, after everyone else in the parkinglot has been served. The guy who told us he was going to get our food sent out an employee who told us it was her first day, she wasn't told what car it was for so we, THE CUSTOMER, had to check to make sure the stuff was there, it looked like the right order so, we left. Then we get home and realize, they forgot the fried pickles, this place is truly not in order, would never recommend to anyone craving kfc, just go to Popeyes or something, truly unreal, truly unsatisfactory, and truly an abomination of a place.

Do not get the fan favorite Box it is a total scam.They give you such small nuggets. This is my last time coming here ever again.

It's KFC, if you've never had it, go get it! We got the 2 piece breast and leg. The food thing about chicken pieces you know what you're getting unlike burgers where you don't know what the meat is made from.

Rude attitude towards customers I ordered a menu and arrived 20 minutes later, absolutely no staff was in the room (6pm) I waited for someone to come, then I called, after 10 minutes a woman came out and said that I had to wait another 20 minutes for my order. They were rude to me and ruined my mood!
