Extremely rude and absolutely the worse customer service. They forgot to include a 5 pc chicken tender, the night before. My mom called and spoke to Alex and he said to come in the next morning and get the 5 pc. My mom comes in and they start arguing with her basically saying she's a liar. They continue to speak negatively in Spanish and threw the sauces in the bag. My Mom asked for the employees name and she walked away. The manager comes and gives her the same attitude. What... is this basic chicken worth gold? It's a complete joke! Never ever had this issue at Popeyes or at other establishments. Colonel Sanders would be absolutely appaulde and embarrassed.
