La Autentica Doñita Oaxaqueña

Came here on a very busy day that was Father’s Day. I sat at the bar order a beer and knew what I wanted to eat. The server told me right off the bat that it’s gonna be more than 30 minutes for my food to come out. So I decided to stay they all worked their bitts off non stop and stopped to apologize and thank me for being patient for my food to come out.

This is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants - if not the favorite! Every visit has been consistently excellent, with authentic and delicious food that’s reasonably priced.

Service can be a little slow during peak hours, but it’s clear the staff is working hard and hustling to take care of everyone. If you can avoid the rush, the experience is truly outstanding. Highly recommend!

Food was great. Unfortunately we had a female server who was being too friendly with one of the male servers and kept being annoying with our table while we ate. Read the room please. She had her hair in a ponytail tail, red lipstick, and some sort of deep reddish black hair. It was just her and the 2 men. The only man that was professional was the man who had a cap on, gold chain, and he was working so hard the entire time. The other man who was being too friendly with the waitress was running the bar and just looked to be off. At one point it seemed that he took a shot behind the bar. Overall, please teach your staff etiquette on being professionalism and that lady that being inappropriately friendly is not right.

Ever since I found this place it is my absolute go to restaurant. Authentic Mexican food. By far the best in a 10-15 mile radius! I go there twice a month sometimes more!

The table we were sat at was dirty and we've been here before we know they charge gratuity for large parties. I went alone this time and the girl was being so nice and apologized for a lot which I understand wasn't upset but this one server this guy with glasses looked like he was ignoring me. He tended to everyone else with big parties which I assume they want the tip for and he had many chances to talk to me or even get my check but he walked past me so many times. I get getting bigger parties for tips but it socks that some servers only care about that, I also tip servers it's not like I was being mean I get that it was busy but that one guy was just rubbing me off the wrong way.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! The atmosphere for dine in is so nice, colorful, clean and great music.

The food is to die for. The best in the area! The meat is so tender and crispy - cooked perfectly.

I was very uncomfortable. They sat us by the hott windows with the blinds open .. it was burning my back . I got up and closed the blinds but they didnt even have running AC . So i was burning in there even with the blinds shut . This place is NOT kid friendly . They gave my toddlers HUGE cups im lucky they didnt fall out there hands and spill. They didnt even give us spoons to eat the rice etc.. the rice portion was small . My kids couldnt eat their rice with those HUGE forks. So basically i paid for a plate for them they couldnt even eat . They were frustrated because they wanted a fair amount of rice and obviously a spoon which they did not provide . As far as food goes the chicken was hard and chewy . Not me nor my grandma or kids could eat anything . Too hard . Too salty . Very uncomfortable i wanted to run out . And the people servicing werent of any help . First of all if you have a "kids menu" maybe you should have kids cups, and normal sized silverware include the spoon at least . Your catering to kids too right? Well apparently not . Not family friendly in general and the food isnt worth it . Ill avoid this place in the future

Great atmosphere, amazing staff and the food was outstanding! The details in the food were superb. The hand made tortillas were very fresh.
