On my way home I stopped at this location to pick up some food. I first tried to place the order online, but the system was not working for me. I wanted the stuffed crust pepperoni, which was listed online at $9.49. Since the website was not functioning, I decided to order at the counter instead.
Before placing the order, I confirmed that the price on the menu screen inside the store matched the online price. However, when the cashier rang it up, the total came to $13. When I questioned it, he acted as if he had no idea what I was referring to. I showed him both the online price and the price displayed on the screen above the counter. He simply shrugged, said it must be some kind of promotion, and walked away.
I asked for my receipt, and after some delay he handed it to me, although it seemed he did so reluctantly.
I submitted a complaint through the online feedback form, but after a full week I still have not received any response.
The difference was only about $3.50, so this is not about the money. It is about the principle that customers are being charged more than the prices clearly advertised. I find this concerning and hope it will be addressed.

I Visited & Bought Some Pizza 🍕 & Crazy Bread, Everything Was Phenomenal Except The Cleanliness Of The Location. The Front Was Dirty & The Windows Needed Cleaning Inside & Out. Appearance Is Everything, It's What Brings Customers In & Coming Back.

I stood at the front for 10 minutes. I even looked directly at one of the employees as he cut pizzas. He looked up, saw me, and never engaged to help me. He actually walked to the back instead of helping. I kept saying hello, and not a single person helped. I'd fire the whole staff. Horrible service. Took my business elsewhere.

I recently visited Little Caesars Pizza and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was prepared quickly and accurately. The pizza itself was delicious, with a perfectly crispy crust, generous toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. I was also impressed with their Hot-N-Ready options, which made it easy to grab a quality pizza on the go without any wait. The prices are very reasonable, offering great value for money. Overall, Little Caesars exceeded my expectations, and I will be returning for more of their tasty pizzas!
Personal opinion they make the best custom pizza.. lemme explain I don't like much sauce on my pizza so whenever I build a custom pizza and ask for less sauce it's literally a hit or a miss with some locations. But not this location everytime I do a custom order its exactly how I want it everytime. Never had a wrong or nasty order from this location.
