Ordered takeout and Olive Garden serves better. First off the forgot the garlic on the garlic bread, even after asked specifically for silverware they did not include it. But they did include a single ketchup packet stapled to the one napkin they gave in the bag. So you should eat with your fingers and not wipe them!The tiramisu was not house or homemade and was served frozen. No effort on their part. ?They would not pass an inspection if they paid for it. Just avoid.

OMG, try the chicken vesuvius. I used to come here years ago and seems they have not missed a beat. Great food in a neighborhood restaurant.

WORST GARLIC BREAD AND MOZZARELLA STICKS EVER!!!! although the spinach alfredo pizza was GAS. even on gluten free crust. but trust me DO not BUY THE GARLIC BREAD or the mozzarella sticks; they taste like kirkland freezer section sticks. also! weird vibe and weird people indoors. very mafia and back rooms kind of vibe. creepy seating inside and weird takeout room. good pizza, but AWFUL garlic bread. needed to ice/plow the parking lot but good price and good pizza only

Had a family Christmas party in the bar area. Barb was awesome. She spaced the food out was attentive provided great service. Food was excellent. First time we have done a restaurant for the party, everyone wants to do it at Lillie Villa next year.

Went with a group after a funeral. Both food and service were excellent. My cousin was paying and she added extra to the tip as she felt they did such a great job on short notice.

Sucks they changed their hours and opens later. Really miss their food for lunch. BUT Giuseppe's is the go to now.Everything was yummy here, giambatta was delicious!!Fried chicken was so yum & fresh bread!!

We happened to be out this way and were hungry. Stopped here. First time. SO glad we did! Though quite understaffed and the wait lengthy...we have never had such amazing service! Daisy, I believe her name is, was so sweet and friendly. (Lovely dark haired woman...I'm pretty sure I heard someone call her Daisy) The pizza-in the pan veggie and pepperoni- was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. We have decided to come out here at least once month...it'll be worth the 45 minute drive.

Don't go in. Order take out at best. Pizza is pretty decent. The services is just baaaaaad. I think they are going out of business. Bartender( maybe owner) told me I had to pay for my miller light that was part of the party package until 3pm. I order it at 2:30pm. He pours me the drink and says, you will have to pay for this one because the party already closed out the tab. Our waitress looked homeless and literally was grabbing the plate while we were eating. Moved the party location from basement to upstairs and didn't let us know till we got there. All liquiors were poured short. The help staff spoke zero English, couldn't tell me where the bathroom was. Place had potential to make money, but they just lost 25 potential future customers. Someone please get them a $10 online business 101 book....clowns...lol

Last night, I ordered two pies and a chicken parm sub. I ordered the 14” stuffed little villa special pie $24.25, the 18” cheese thin crust pie. What I got was two thin crust pizzas. When I called, the lady over the phone made me believe I ordered the wrong pizza but after further review I can tell that I was in the right and chose the stuffed pie for the little villa special and the price reflects that! I come to Chicago area for the weekend and crave a chicago deep dish style pie. All I get is thin crust. Very good sauce and well made pies but only one star for trying to make me believe I was the one that ordered wrong and not offering even a partial refund the difference between the two pies. Disappointed.
Ordered online, food didn't arrive until two hours later (an hour after the latest projected delivery time). Called to cancel the order after seventy five minutes and the manager fought me on it. She ultimately did give me my money back, but told me I didnt say i wanted it to arrive by a specific time. The food was an hour, give or take an HOUR apparently. And told the delivery guy at my doorstep what was up so he left with the food. Can't comment on the food, but if you want to try it out get it in person.By the way Barb, the receipt still rung me up for ten cents.

I ordered a pizza for pick-up earlier this week. While the pizza was as awesome as ever, what got me to write this review was the customer service--AFTER I brought it home! Before I could take a bite of my 18" cheesy thin pizza, there was a knock at the front door. It was someone from Little Villa. Evidently, I left my cellphone at the restaurant. I didn't even know it was missing. He came over just to return it. Short-staffed as any restaurant is now, he didn't wait for me to miss it and pick it up. He hand-delivered it to my door. Now that's what I all customer service!!

Chance stop and ended up with fantastic food! Everything was cooked great(Thanks BOB!!) each of our meals from the appetizers to the pasta and pizza were phenomenal. You don't get that at every place. This wasn't good food... This is when you tell people it was great Food! Fantastic service as well. Dont miss a chance! Been ordering for years from them. Food is always good. Service however is sometimes a fiasco. I realize they may be short staffed but today was the last straw. Ordered a pizza for delivery. Was told it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. So called them and talked to an employee and told her I would pick it up instead. She told me to come in half an hour. Showed up and the same lady helped me (I recognized her voice). She said i never placed an order even though i showed her i did. She said she couldn't help me. I left without my order. Not going to order again
