Elysia was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive and honestly the best server I’ve had in a while. The food also came out amazing we personally like medium rare amazing sides normally they burn the sprouts but these weren’t. No complaints.

Can’t even make decent burger. The evening cook wastes good meat.. Can’t cook at all.. This is a misrepresentation of Texas . This steakhouse food taste weird.. It don’t taste the same as Longhorns in Texas.. I don’t know how this place has a 4 anything star.. Food subpar, customer service subpar.. Who is giving this place 4 stars

This used to be my favorite place to have dinner,usually order for pick up but last time food was so salty,even though today drcided to give it anothe chance but had the most horrible food,the meat portion was very small ,dry and again very salty,same with fries,not only my meal but also all the other 2 I ordered for my family,never ordering again.

I was greeted and seated right away but it took far too long for my server to appear. Once she did show up, service picked up. The best thing I can say about the food is that the bread and salad were fantastic. The first few bites of my NY Strip, were good (though a little over seasoned), but half way through, it became tough and almost impossible to cut/chew. The baked potato was small and hard in spots. I'm not a big fan of the mid-tier steakhouses but was desperate to eat after a long travel day. This experience reminded me of why I avoid them.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering a take out order at this location. Joseph took my order and had great food suggestions and answered all my questions. Thank you so much, Joseph I would also, like to mention it was a Sunday night and it was packed but the manager and staff were very courteous and even though I didn't dine in, I was in awe of seeing the staff in action. My food was good and hot and the service was outstanding. I will be back.

I didn’t take many photos because the food was so delicious that I completely forgot — and honestly, that says everything. The LongHorn Steakhouse never disappoints. The baby BBQ ribs here are the best I’ve ever had, tender and full of flavor. The strawberry and pecan salad is amazing, the New York steak is a total delight, and the desserts are outstanding.
This restaurant always offers excellent options, great service, and a warm atmosphere. I never hesitate to come back every time I visit the U.S. — I actually dream about returning every time. Highly recommended!
I enjoyed myself so much that I never took out my phone to take pics…sorry 😣 We sat at the bar bc wait time for tables was like 30 minutes and we were starving.
The bartender was cute, nice, friendly, and extremely pleasant. I tipped her twice.
The food was aromatic, flavorful, and visually pleasing to look at.
I ordered the rib eye steak 🥩 medium well but it arrived well done 😒 but despite this, it was tender melt in your mouth juicy with enough fat on it that made me forget all about the mix up.
I also asked the bartender for a mango strawberry lime margarita and she DELIVERED. It was so pretty and it tasted so perfect that I almost wanted to order 2 more but I was driving so sadly…nope. Some barties don’t know how to execute drinks 🍹 bc it be a lil off but she was a pro. I haven’t had a real margarita all year til when she made it in October 2025.
I also order asparagus for my side with mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was not the baked kind so I tend to ignore and leave on my plate but the asparagus…10/1000. I ordered another side of it. I swear I was licking my fingers like I was eating fried chicken!!! I have never done that before.
The dessert options need revamping in my opinion. I ordered some strawberry shortcake getup and I literally only ate the fresh strawberries 🍓 of the plate and I was done.
My suggestion to them is during the holidays maybe have some themed dessert options for example: pumpkin 🎃 spice or sweet potato 🍠 type drink or cake or pie or both for October and November too and in December have festive choices too for a limited time of course.
Since we sit at the bar, noise ambience was a bit loud but doable. The football game was on so it was cool.
This location was like Touhy west of Desplaines.
