Wonderful lunch menu. Real food for less than any fast food joint. Only issue was I ordered the steak salad and had little to no steak.

Me and my family went here firstly my daughter ordered a sprite and she got a lemonade and the waiter forgot my mom wanted a salad and didn’t bring it also we said we wanted to spilt the bill the people added the bill also a lady bumped into our table. And almost made it fall my daughter also had a stomach ache after eating the chicken tenders and we asked for 4 kids menus and got 2 kids menus also we didn’t get any butter knifes and we had to change tables twice cuz they had us huddled together with 4 other tables I recommend not eating here and if I’m not eating here again

The steaks are good, nothing crazy, no exaggerated taste sensations. "longhorn" is simply a T-bone, which is not that big at all and a huge part of the mass is made up of bone. The fries were VERY over salted. Otherwise American standard. It wasn't crazy, but it wasn't terrible. You can drop by if you have no other idea when you are near the airport.

They lost our debit card and never found it. Attitudes were very nasty, especially the manager. Watch them they may be stealing cards.

I get the lunch special. At the des plaines location there was a hobo sleeping on a bench adjacent to the entrance

We never got there, so I can't say how it was, but the directions I got were great

Always good here. Better than the Norridge location. A few times we got silverware that was not 100% clean. So check that. Otherwise always great.

Here as I type. I’ve been sitting 1hr with the food I’ve ordered. Here for my birthday & will never be back!

Just went to this Longhorn chain for my son’s birthday. Been there before numerous times. Order 4 filets with a bunch of sides. Now I’m a person that has only returned food back probably 2 times in my life. I ordered a 9 once filet medium rare. My steak came out looking more well than medium. I informed the waiter which by the way was a very good waiter. He apologized and stated he’ll get me another one. Fast forward about 20 min. My family has finished eating and the manager comes out with another steak. I accept. She asks me to cut it down the middle to make sure it was good. I cut into this steak and it’s raw. Now for a place who has the word “Steakhouse” in their title you’d think they know how to cook a steak. I returned the steak right away. The manager didn’t look too thrilled not realizing that I’m there to eat, I’m the hungry one, my whole family is finished already. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a restaurant in a very long time. My advice to them would be to invest in some meat thermometers. Maybe then they will be able to cook probably the most common steak on a menu.
