This continues to be the worst, most incompetent McDonalds ever in the Chicago Metro area! They give you what they want to, not what you order. It doesn’t matter if the staff changes over the years, the culture there to never change or learn from there mistakes continues. I’m not sure why McDonalds at a Corporate level refuses to do anything about it, but it’s embarrassing allowing this location to carry the McDonalds name. I can assure you, I can find at least 50 people rather easily to agree that this location is horrible.

Food came out fast and hot but no salt on the fries, and there was a guy in there hitting on my younger cousins even after we told him to leave us alone. The cashier didn’t seem to know what planet he was on. The men’s bathroom is under construction and they made a “unisex bathroom” that you need to “lock the door” for but there’s no lock. Nasty

If the sticker on the door and Google says 6am...maybe you should open up at 6am. Then when asked if you are open I got a "no"...then asked what time then dining room open, I got ignored. Maybe change the sign and hours on Google.

If I could give 0 stars I would have done it this is the worst mac I have ever been to there are rude people and crooks in the mobile app I placed an order it was 6pm they said they were closed and when I managed to get inside it was someone's birthday I don't know if their manager knows about it that his workers are drunk at work they have alcohol in the middle of the restaurant they all sat at the table they turned on their music and sat and drank alcohol this is absurd I have not been to a worse place they poured hot water on my order this is a pathetic and disgusting place
Either this McDonalds is very unsanitary or the employees are very lazy because clearly when I ordered an ice coffee they don't check inside the cups to make sure they are clean. They just pick the cups up and pour the drink in it. On 11/6/2024 at around 10 PM I was on my way to work and stopped at McDonalds and ordered some food and an ice coffee that I had fully drank and when I was done with it I spotted a fly that was in half inside my cup. (Makes me feel like I should have checked inside my McDoubles for flies too) This is not the first time this happened. This happened to me twice. I had found a fly in my ice coffee before at the same McDonalds on (3067 Mannheim Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60018) It's very disgusting! I really wish I could provide evidence with a photo or something but I currently don't have a phone. I'm typing this review on a laptop. Just eat at home people. These lazy employees could care less what gets in your drink/food/etc. It's actually very sad. DO BETTER!
