Ordered for two people online and was in and out, food was still super warm. ordered a full slab of ribs with cole slaw and potatoes au gratin. cole slaw was delicious and light. potatoes were creamy and cheesy. Ribs were amazing and came with extra sauce for those who like extra saucy ribs (i think they were perfectly lathered). ordered a cannoli for desert as well and it did not disappoint. 9.2/10 for sure.

Ordered a beef sandwich and it was horrible. It's says French bread on menu but got a French bun. There's a big difference. Beef was fatty. Gave it to my dog. Chicken dinner was good though.

The women at the counter of this establishment are super kind and always offer a smile. The pizza is delicious, with great flavor. My brother cannot have gluten, and whenever we order Mug's gluten-free pizza, it is cooked to crispy perfection, which he states is very rare. On my last visit, I decided to try the ribs since it’s in the name, and I was absolutely delighted. The meat had a great charred flavor, the sauce was delicious with a deep sweet tangy taste, and there was a generous amount of meat on the bone. This is a great place to pick up from on game day or when having friends over and wanting some delicious options. The pick-up time is also excellent, with the food always hot and ready. I will definitely be coming back soon.
i called to place an order for pickup , Emma and misty were both the kindest staff I spoke with. I was unsure of getting two pizzas or one large. Emma was very sweet to explain to me the difference in prices. Upon picking up my pizza Misty greeted me with a smile. I will definitely be ordering from her frequently just from this customer service alone. Amazing.
