Food was pretty good. Only main thing was that I ordered PLAIN noodles and I specified no butter, oil, sauce, or even a garnish. When we got it, it was soaked in oil. They said that's how they make it... If that's the case, then why not say something when it was ordered? Other than that, it was decent comfort food.

So a few years back i gave Mugs a bad review not because of the food quality or delivery time.... but because I was infuriated that after giving them my credit card number over the phone they wanted to make a carbon copy like back in the 1970s.... so now some random driver has my credit card number in front of him... I would now like to retract that because they have updated their system and now you can even use your phone to pay for delivery WOOHOOO.....Good move Mugs .. I was born raised on the north side of Chicago I've been to all the famous pizza joints... deep dish is for tourists who want to go to Lou Malnati's but I'm not going to get into that now..... I now live in Des plaines and I'm lucky enough to have Mugs ..... the thin crust pizza is right up there with all the top 10 places in Chicago and the ribs are literally fall off the bone..... 5 Stars from me ..... and the little garlic buns that they give you as an extra are amazing.... especially when you're having ribs you can sop up the sauce with them ... oh and I almost forgot the au gratin potatoes are also an amazing side...... Mugs is what it is. Its not the best pizza, or the best ribs, or the best of anything for that matter, but it is great for a hole in the wall pizza place. It stays true to its nature, late night food that fills a hole in your evening only 1900 calories of grease can.

I used to go to mugs a lot when I lived in Arlington heights, then I moved. My extra thin crust pizza last night was fantastic, I will be back
I had never ordered the BLT on French bread from them before. I received a Bacon Bits sandwich. The tomatoes looked old and the lettuce was in small pieces, probably for salads not sandwiches. I was truly disappointed and I threw my Bacon Bit sandwich in the garbage. Luckily I ordered something additional to eat. I have been to the location before and the people there are absolutely amazing. The fact that I had to throw my dinner away will probably make me shy away from future orders.

Mugs is a staple in the neighborhood, and one of the best thin cut pies you'll ever have! Even when they are crazy busy, which is most of the time, they are always very friendly and helpful when you go in the restaurant for takeout!
