Service at this place is actually a joke, had ordered for delivery late at night and fell asleep just to wake up to a bunch of missed calls from them. Well one of their workers decided to use a trick to hide their number and call me saying they're "trying to reach a N-gger" and hung up the call. The same guy who I spoke to on the phone when placing the order sounded exactly the same and that dumbass left the voicemail a minute apart from the last phone call they left from their actual phone number. Would not recommend this place ever, even if they get rid of that racist they're still a shitty company to employ and allow things like this to happen.

EVERYTHING I'VE ever ordered from here has been nothing short of amazing!!! The food is ALWAYS hot & fresh!!! I usually order my pizza's and beef & sausage sandwiches from here BUT I went outside the box this time and ordered a full slab of ribs and holy schnikeys!!!! These ribs are juicy,tender and flavorful!!! Add another meal to the list of awesomeness!!!! Everyone is pleasant & friendly!!! You've got a lifer for a customer here!!! Keep up the good work,guys & girls!!!

Great service super fast delivery. Pizzas has a nice old fashioned taste. sandwiches are even better. My go-to is the Philly cheese steak on garlic bread with grilled onions. Extra cheese.

On Sunday, March 3rd, approximately 6pm I placed a delivery order. On this order there were 2- 2 liters which our delivery driver forgot. I understand the 1 hour and 15 minutes delivery time, but I don't understand how the driver did not return with my drinks until nearly 40 minutes after he made the delivery. I've ordered from here several times and never had an issue until tonight, but come on... 40 minutes after my delivery was dropped off?

No dining in at this restaurant, just pick up or delivery as it's in a small strip mall. Ordered a small sausage and pepperoni pizza last Saturday for pick up. Upon arrival the place was very busy. delivery drivers and customers for pick up as well as answering phones. The two ladies working the counter had it under control. The pizza was ready as promised. The pizza had a thin crust and was crispy with corn meal dusting. The sausage, and pepperoni both were delicious and they don't skimp on the cheese, all good. I would definitely get another pizza from this location.
Apologies go a long way, Mugs. Placed a phone order for delivery. Nice older man delivers my food on time. Well, ok, it wasn't all my food. That and the handheld credit card reader jams and he couldnt print my receipt, so he gives me the copy he is supposed to turn in. Received the chicken I ordered and was given a bag that I thought were my potatoes. Upon opening it, it turned out to be someone else's order. Call the store. The girl calls the delivery person and he returns with the correct bag. Apologizes profusely, so I can't be upset. He leaves and I open the new bag and I am one baked potato short. As I am calling the store I look at the receipt to see that the order was entered incorrectly. Girl answers. I tell her what happened again and she offers to let me come pick up a potato and I can pay for it then, or she can charge my card for the potato and it will be delivered free. I told her again, I ordered 2 potatoes but you entered 1. In one ear and out the other. No apology. You would think that with all the goof ups, she could have a friggen potato sent to my house free of charge.

Fantastic pizza, garlic cheese bread and service! Fed 7 people for under $85.
We ordered from Mug’s Pizza in Des Plaines. The order taker was was very nice, polite and careful with taking our order. We ordered the Mug’s Monster Pizza- 5 toppings of your choice with extra, extra cheese and we also ordered the Mozzarella Sticks. We were told it would be about an hour. The food arrived in 40 minutes! The deliverer was also very nice and friendly. The pizza was awesome! Toppings were nicely scattered over the entire pizza and it was very cheesy! The mozzarella sticks were golden, crispy and crunchy on the outside and ooey gooey on the inside! Soooo good! We enjoyed Mug’s pizza very much and will order again!
