Stop in for lunch and service was good, though I could not hear the worker speak through her mask and behind the plexiglass panel (It was a struggle with the covid-19 guide lines, but we will get through this strange time) and sandwiches were fresh and delicious! My brother in law forgot his face mask and the manager gave him a mask to place his order. Nice of Panera to offer face masks. ?

We eat in Panera so many times, I didn't think twice to stop for quick take out. THE WORSE PANERA!!!!!!It's outdated, it's dirty, cashier either cannot be bothered or just plain stupid. It took us 30 (!!!!!!!!!!) minutes to get our order and it was wrong. My daughter's sandwich was wrong one and she has very serious food allergies. Great job on almost poisoning my daughter! People who work there are extremely slow and very very rude. Don't bother to stop there.

Food is been really good every time that I order, but this one wasn’t good at all, first of all my soup was half of cup I got wrong side and the salad ingredients weren’t fresh I didn’t have a fork or napkins. Really upset. I won’t have Panera for a while.

Panera food is Panera and always decent but this is truly the worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. No customers were in there but the manager couldn't even be bothered to help me, he was to busy playing on his iPad. Finally got someone to notice me and take my order but made it very clear I was interrupting their texting time. Really stinks since we just moved here and this is within walking distance. We will not go back and recommend you rake your business elsewhere.

I feel a little silly making this review...but I ordered delivery directly from the website today and received my order promptly. Ate my salad, opened my sandwich and there was a fly inside the box, sitting on the sandwich. Normally I think "it's just a fly" if I'm outside and see one land on my food I'd swat it away! But the fact that it was in the box from the time the order was complete to delivered really grossed me out! I googled "is it safe to eat after fly lands on food" and a site mentioned the longer a fly is on the food the more chances of parasites. This might seem silly but I am pregnant and just paranoid about things like that! So I didn't eat my sandwich. Again I feel a little silly writing this because most people might say it's just a fly but it makes me leery to eat here again if they didn't see a fly land on the food in the box. Could be a total fluke but then again, how many flies might be in the restaurant?

I’d like to order but their app isn’t showing this location and the phones are disconnected but there are signs out front for pick up. So, there’s literally no way to order from a place that’s open. Ridiculous.
Closest location to home its always nice and clean, staff are friendly and exceptional especially Hilda. I visit this place every Tuesday and she takes care of me with a smile. I love this Panera location ❤️❤️❤️

Loved the coffee and bagel with cream cheese. Bit expensive for the size of bagel but very tasty. Crunchy putter and chewy inside. Wish they had bigger selection of cream cheese.
