I stopped going to this location because they were always a hit or miss with their service. Very inconsistent or out of ingredients with very long wait times for driver through rapid pickup. Decided to try them again today and was utterly disappointed. Not only did I have to wait 10-15 min for the rapid drive through order but the $6.85 sandwich I ordered was a joke. Quality totally poor.

As an European visiting the USA Panera Bread has almost become a save haven: - normal bread - half sized portions = normal sized options for an European 😘) - salads that aren't drenched in sauces - vegetarian options - Tea served in a cup (upon request while dining in)

Food was mediocre, coffee tasted watered down restroom was disgusting( photos attached), if you’re desperate fine, if not give it a wide berth. Staff don’t care, all looked exceedingly miserable as if couldn’t give a dam definitely a case for a secret shopper or undercover boss visit.

I was really craving a delicious soup today. I didn’t even know there was a Panera right here. It was so nice to walk in. Excellent customer service a beautifully clean restaurant. And absolutely delicious food. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken, avocado BLT with some chicken and rice soup felt like being wrapped in a hug, perfect little spot to wind down or relax
Good but they're not cleaning the dishes in the dining room.
