I placed an online order for carry out well in advance (the night before) and received a confirmation. Went in to pick up the order and was told by the manager, Steven, that there was no such order. We attempted to show him the confirmation number and he refused to even look at it. He was rude and unhelpful and did not even offer an apology, much less offer to make the order. I should have looked at the reviews beforehand. Will never visit this location again.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Pizza Hut on Lee Street in Des Plaines. It was my daughter’s birthday and I had guests waiting at home. I called ahead and ordered three vegetarian pizzas—when I got home and opened the boxes, they were pepperoni pizzas instead.
I went back to the store, thinking they would quickly fix the mistake. Instead, I stood there for 30 minutes because the employee didn’t know how to process a refund and had to call his manager for help. The worst part? Not a single apology. No acknowledgment for ruining the order, wasting my time, or delaying my daughter’s birthday dinner.
No consideration. No remorse. Just terrible, terrible, terrible service. I’ll never be coming back.

I don’t know the name of the man who was running the store today but he was wonderful. Looked like he was working the store alone, and he still did a great job preparing the order. He was very kind and even confirmed each item on the order to make sure everything was there!

I ordered pizza, pasta and breadsticks and called to let them know the breadsticks were stale and not good. Whoever I talked to at the store was incredibly rude and refused to acknowledge that it was possible the breadsticks were bad. I love Pizza Hut but the employee at this store was unhelpful, rude and made us no longer want to order from there again

Went today and bought a supreme pizza sorry but the Quality is very bad so are the ingredients it have been probably a long 15 years since I ate in Pizza Hut it tasted much better then I guess this is the last time. 🤮

The cheese was burned and the pizza was crispy to the point where it’s inedible. When I called to complain they said that’s how it is.
The pizza just stinks, dry, flat and flavorless. I’ve tried several times to get pizza here but it’s the same crap every time

Gave me the wrong Pizza, I went back and returned it Cannot refund my money right away, states their system is not allowing it , I called my credit card there is no problem on their end. It was a horrible experienced, I will never order in this place again. Worker doesn't feel apologetic of his mistake.

This is my second time ordering from this Pizza Hut location, and both times I’ve specifically requested for my pizza to be well done. Unfortunately, both orders were undercooked, with the pizza arriving all white and undercooked, which is far from what I expected.
Which ever kid (Male) works the night shift during the week days, is goofy. I understand mistakes happen, but it’s frustrating when simple requests can’t be followed, especially after calling and being polite about it. If he is unable to accommodate a basic request, it would be appreciated if he communicated that clearly rather than delivering something so far from what was asked for.
