I ordered take out. 3pc tender meal with fries. When I received my order, the fries were disgusting. They looked and tasted like they have sat there for 30 minutes. The chicken was cold and tough. Very hard to eat. I will not be coming here again and I suggest if you are looking at the reviews trying to decide if it’s worth a visit, you choose another option. It’s funny because every bad review has the same copy and paste response from the owner. That shows you they don’t plan on fixing all the problems this restaurant clearly has.

The burger was greasy and it tasted bland. I liked Popeye for the spicy sauce and it seems to be disappointing lately.

Always interested is exploring the new, fast, and affordable. What a disappointment this was. As I walked in a CSR was walking in at the same time from the opposite door. She went directly back behind the counter and began taking other customers orders without sanitizing her hands. Place order, they were fast, prompt, and accurate. However there was far too much personal and very loud chit chat among employees. The food presentation looked great, however after first bite the three pieces of combo meal was old. I expected so much better.

Staff was cool but this one big worker was rude and annoyed when me and friends asked questions. He seemed Miserable with his life. Don’t recommend eating here they’re not flexible or friendly. Bad vibes.

Ordered two thighs - got a breast and a piece of mystery meat. Sides were the best thing, as chicken was hard to locate under all the breading. Not sure this location is any different than all of them, as I haven’t tried them since a bad experience 15 years ago. I just know I won’t be back.

Non of the employees speak English, they won’t give you what you requested for. I went to buy a class home in chicken and I got something else, when I asked for a refund they were trying to play smart. Non of the employees speaks English and they were all acting like I was stupid. I didn’t get my refund neither did I get my meal

Called several times asking about the turkey to get hung up on speaking to different people that did not understand proper english. And for there to be 4 different voices claiming they were the manager. Not until the 5th time someone answered im thinking (latino) who passes the phome to someone that could understand me to tell me they were 79.00 for a turkey which i dont know if its true or not with the way i was spoken to. Nov 13th between the times of 7:30pm and 8:10pm the incident occurred

Had one of there famous chicken sandwiches for the first time. Got to admit it was good, but I'm not sure what all that hype was about when it first came about... Overall good experience.

Ordered over $60 of food. They forgot two major items. Called to inform the manager, the manager ignored my mid-call. I recommend ordering from another location.
