One of their cashiers whom I think is the head cashier /manager, have very poor listening skills. Screw up my order every time. Give him my order in plain clear English and he still screws it up.

Calling all chicken lovers!!! I absolutely enjoy this location only due to the quality of chicken here and sides. Nothing is under cooked, and I wait patiently for fresh chicken done right!!

Rude staff and slow
One bad experience I’ll deal with which was them giving me soggy chicken I went back for the second time to this location and there was a fly in my chicken box this Popeyes is disgusting I paid 30 to have a fly fly out of the box

This location is declining fast. Best advice don't leave the drive thru without checking your food. Trust me. You likely will be missing an item or something cold.

Just got the 2 wrap and drink special. One thing about the Popeyes here is how they take pride in presentation. The food wasn't falling apart, was wrapped very well, and was made fresh. Great customer service from the drive-thru to the pick-up. After 9 pm service. Great Job.

Every order in the drive thru was either missing or incorrect and had to return twice to get it right.

Old chicken, old fries, old biscuit. Went at 11:20am and all of my food tasted like it was from the night before. This is horrible to serve customers old hard food. My money spent is for fresh food and to enjoy my food. Not to have to trash it and find something else for lunch. The Des Plaines Health Dept. needs to pay this location a visit.
