I have come to the restaurant on occasions when I'm down visiting my family. I give this restaurant a 10 stars. if I could I would give it a 100,000,000 million star review if i could. The food is amzing and delicious. There service is amzing everyone in the restaurant is so nice and polite. This restaurant will forever be my favorite place to come when visiting my family. Ordered a salad and received no utensils or dressing to eat it with. No help when I called, because I didnât notice until I got back to my office. Feels like something pretty straightforward thatâs needed to eat!

I frequent this location often, at least twice a week because it is close to my work. The last 4 visits have been terrible, something is always forgotten, they put two slices of provolone cheese on top of a chicken salad salad, after I called to complain I was informed that they ran out of cheese so that was the only option.

1st off this isn't my 1st time here. I stopped on my way to work so I wouldn't have to go out on my lunch. I ordered the apple walnut salad with a few add on's NO WALNUTS were included with the salad. Now I have to go out to get lunch & take the salad back when I get off work. Had the young lady not had an attitude she probably could've gotten my order correct. It's unacceptable that I have to waste my gas & time to do something that was attempted to do before work.
I came in a few days ago, was running late and just having a rough day. I came in late which I hate, because sometimes workers are in the last stretch of getting ready to clean up and going home after working hard, but there was this lovely older man(Sorry!) who just took a moment to offer a few kind words to me after I ordered and I just gotta say that truly made me feel welcomed. This location will definitely be my go to spot when I'm heading in and out of O'hare off customer service alone. The sandwich was ok, not to the fault of the store however, just overestimated my appetite that night lol! Thank you so much for making customers feel welcome in times like this.

Today I ordered my favorite Pot pie soup I usually go get it but for lunch I ordered through door dash..it was thin like water I called & spoke to someone & was told told that's how it's supposed to be. I told them I've been ordering this soup for years & that it's a thick soup. She told me to go through door dash & they couldn't do anything because I ordered through them .I still can't understand this when Potbelly made the soup?
