I have come to the restaurant on occasions when I'm down visiting my family. I give this restaurant a 10 stars. if I could I would give it a 100,000,000 million star review if i could. The food is amzing and delicious. There service is amzing everyone in the restaurant is so nice and polite. This restaurant will forever be my favorite place to come when visiting my family. Thank you to all who work there for making it a amzing restaurant to come and eat at.

I came in a few days ago, was running late and just having a rough day. I came in late which I hate, because sometimes workers are in the last stretch of getting ready to clean up and going home after working hard, but there was this lovely older man(Sorry!) who just took a moment to offer a few kind words to me after I ordered and I just gotta say that truly made me feel welcomed. This location will definitely be my go to spot when I'm heading in and out of O'hare off...

Ive given up on Potbelly. I love their food but they constantly get it wrong (not just this location). I knew the last time I went was a mistake when I had to remind the worker my sandwich includes avocado. Get home, no avocado. Honestly just threw it out.
