The store could not process an electronic Marianos gift card. They blame it on the card itself, offer no alternative except to come back between 9-5 (but won’t hold the groceries already picked) and 24 hours later still have not figured out how to process it!! The manager, Max, pawned the issue off on a customer service person who had no idea what to do also! The Kroger gift card center confirms the balance but the store can’t process it! ??!! And the manager is rude an unapologetic for the improper training of his staff. The Arlington Heights store is close and they knew exactly what to do! I highly recommend even if you have to drive farther that you go to the Arlington Heights store!

Very clean and friendly environment.

cashiers and baggers need to pay a lot more attention to what they are doing. Two loaves of heavy irish soda bread were thrown on top of my 2 zeppole pastries, smashing them. After a long day at work I made a special trip to get these for the St Joseph day holiday tomorrow. Just wasnt how I wanted to end my day.
