Rosati's Pizza Des Plaines

I’m from the Garden State and was visiting some family in the area , in my opinion the pizza is ok, not great, wings were greasy also. Call me bias but when it comes to pizza, NJ definitely has the best pizza in the country.

We ordered delivery and they were so timely and friendly. The food was so fresh and the portions were huge and the price was very fair! I recommend to anyone. They went above and beyond for expectations.

Tried to place an order online at 10am. Repeatedly would not let me telling me the store was closed. Called the store to place an order was put on hold was fine figured it was busy. When they finally answered I told them the issue is like to just place my order over the phone. The guy continued to argue with me telling me the online order was open they were open in like well it’s not working he’s like hang up, try online again and if it dosent work call back to place an order. Well I’m already on the phone why couldn’t I just place the order then. Well you lost my business and I was never able to try it. Terrible customer service. If you work near or at Ohare go to little Angelo’s !!!

I have been using the Rosatis location in Des Plaines for around 2 years now. I like the taste of their pizza. However, each time I have ordered they do not follow instructions but barely ever. I know I am in the Chicagoland area but I prefer a Pie Cut pizza and like the cheese more on the well done side. I have put these requests in when ordering online and calling in but they seem to always mess one if not both up.
