Tried to place an order online at 10am. Repeatedly would not let me telling me the store was closed. Called the store to place an order was put on hold was fine figured it was busy. When they finally answered I told them the issue is like to just place my order over the phone. The guy continued to argue with me telling me the online order was open they were open in like well it’s not working he’s like hang up, try online again and if it dosent work call back to place an order. Well I’m already on the phone why couldn’t I just place the order then. Well you lost my business and I was never able to try it. Terrible customer service. If you work near or at Ohare go to little Angelo’s !!!

I have been using the Rosatis location in Des Plaines for around 2 years now. I like the taste of their pizza. However, each time I have ordered they do not follow instructions but barely ever. I know I am in the Chicagoland area but I prefer a Pie Cut pizza and like the cheese more on the well done side. I have put these requests in when ordering online and calling in but they seem to always mess one if not both up.

We've been ordering from Rosati's Pizza in Des Plaines since 2006, and it's always been top-notch. Their pizzas are absolutely delicious—especially the thin crust, extra crispy, which has become our go-to. The quality has remained consistently excellent over the years, which is rare to find.
On top of the great food, the staff is always friendly and welcoming, making every interaction a pleasant one. It truly feels like a neighborhood staple. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great pizza and great service. You won't be disappointed!

Rosattis pizza is great pizza I like it so much

Visiting from out of state, decided to try a pizza spot and good thing I ran into Rosatis. Their service was great and the food was impeccable. The guy in the front was very kind and gave us several different options we weren't familiar with. Will definitely order from there again.

Their website won't work, and they demand a security code for your credit card. They just lost a customer.
