In love with Rosati’s pizza!! Simply one of the best ones i have had. Everyone is so nice and helpful!!

First they answered the phone wrong until someone took over call wings i ordered werent the boneless ones the garlic bread was so hard i threw away the fett alfredo im afraid to taste it

We are at the Hilton ohare I called to make sure they would deliver. The man that answer had a very heavy accent he could nit hear me I heard him this went on for awhile then gave him my phone number than I told him I was at the Hilton ask for the address he finally said ok finally gave my order he said within the hour they were here in about 30 minutes driver called said he could not keep his car outside unattended so husband went down to get order.
The pizza was good fries ok. But I order a cheef it was at the bottom of the bag really wet to much juice I told him no extra juice it was stogie the fries were loose at the bottom of the bag. We'll to say the least the beef was awful. I'm originally from Chicago I had a rosatis in wheeling Illinois and the beef was amazing. This was dripping and wet and soggy. Bad experience for us.
Going back home to colorado thank God.

very unfriendly salesperson for orders. long waiting time for the order and without explanation why, you are simply ignored. worker at reception and issue from India.

The cost of pizzas have gone up, $30 for an 18 inch pizza is outrageous.

Came for a quick bite to get pizza by the slice and Mozzarella sticks. The pizza was stale and hard and the Mozzarella sticks were cold in the center. I asked the employee to get us new mozzarella sticks and he argued with us and said that they were hot. He did not make us a new batch and only refried them which made them even greasier than they already were. I did not finish my pizza or the mozzarella sticks. I wish I would have just gone to the potbellies that was nextdoor

I ordered veggies pizza and it was like raw dough filled over a lot raggu sause totally raw dough just waste of $15.63 don't even try it

I didnot eat but called for a question twice, the connection was very poor, I couldn't communicate, later the person who received my call, hang up ... they must have a clear phone line. I texted but since it is not mobile, the message didnot recieved ... better if the can provide a mobile or chat option too.
