I texted but since it is not mobile, the message didnot recieved ... better if the can provide a mobile or chat option too.

I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel with my son and decided to order Pizza to be delivered to our room. There were plenty of places we could have ordered but opted for Rosati’s. Rash took our order and for a 10 inch pizza plus French fries and two small sodas it came out to more than $40. I asked him to break down the total cost, as the pizza was only $17.99. It turned out that the pizza plus fries, 2 sodas, tax and the delivery charge totaled more than $40 dollars. I placed the order and after 1 hour the delivery person came with the order minus plates and plastic ware. I called Rash whom I assume is either the owner or the manager and he told me that I would have had to ask for the plates and plastic ware when placing the order. I replied that I would have done so had it was specified in their brocheta or that he could have asked me but Rash said sorry but nothing that could be done now.In my view my hard earned money spent for such a small feast warranted much better customer service than the one provided by Rosati’s Pizza from Desplaine’s, Illinois.Needless to say, I will not ever order from there nor I would recommend this place to anyone.

Rosatis is one of favorite pizza restaurants, but I visiting a family member in the hospital in near by Chicago and the Des Plains Rosatis pie was sub par and the delivery driver was lazy to say the least. Conclusion will not return or recommend this location!!!Brian S.

100% not worth the money for the 18in pizza I got. Tasted like cardboard with tomato paste that left a nasty aftertaste. Will never order from this location again. Pizza also arrived (ubereats) greasy. I’ll definitely be giving the restaurant chain a chance again. Just not from this location. Pizza definitely got tossed.

Ordered for pickup and it was ready on time and still hot by the time we got home. Hands down the best pizza we've had from here yet. Maybe it was the time of day (early afternoon). We had saved the box coupons so we got a huge pizza for 1/2 off.

Redeemed coupons from the pizza boxes. So we had to go pick up (no delivery with discount coupons). We usually order for delivery, had 12 coupons to redeem, so we obviously order often! Pizza is always delicious! Wings are good also!

Based on my last two pizzas here (both pickup) this is easily the best thin-crust pizza I've had in the North suburbs. Lots of tasty cheese, just the right amount of perfect sauce, and a crispy crust (but not crumbly, burnt or lacking character). Pepperoni has nice crisped edges, and all the veggies I've had taste really fresh.The pizza here is certainly way better than another Rosatis in the area that I've ordered from. In fact, it's better than this location itself used to be some years back. At one point it was a roulette wheel of too much sauce one time, under-cooked and doughy crust another, and fine another.I'll gladly stick with five stars even though one of the items on half of my half-and-half pizza was wrong last time. a Des Plaines Rosatis pizza with an incorrect item still makes for a more enjoyable pizza than the right item from other places. Seriously! (Besides, they offered to make me another pizza after I insisted it wasn't fully what I ordered. But instead of having to wait I asked for some of the missing veggie on the side, and they gave me plenty of it.)

I always order online extra sausage on my pizza. they always short me and never put the extra sausage on. today when I placed my online order I called to confirm they got my order and would put extra sausage on and they assured me they would make sure it got done. when the pizza was delivered there was no extra sausage on it. this place is a ripoff.
