Avoid this place!!!! They don't care about You!!! Always waiting too long. Never again!!! This place is horrible.

I came in on Friday afternoon 15 minutes before 4:00pm(closing time). It took 20 minutes for my matcha and it tasted like something I never had in my life. Please re-train your employees for your afternoon shifts because this was never a problem in the morning time. Thank you.

Left starbucks 2 years ago. Dunkin was not much better. Thought I'd do a Starbucks this morning and see why I stopped years ago. Ordered 2 shots with sweet cream (which you pay extra for) and this is what I get. So, even though you pay for it you don't even get the value.

What is the deal with this location being closed all of the time?! This location should just close up shop and make way for a reliable coffee spot that actually wants to make money.

NEVER COME TO THIS STARBUCKS. This place is always saying it’s open on google and of course when i go its closed. employees are never working and they probably are open one day a week for 2 hours. when they are open they make your drink horribly wrong and give the worst attitude ever. they just reopened after being closed for a month now from being on strike but even now and before they are never open. they only have rude employees who obviously dont care about anything. Hire some new employees if these ones keep complaining about their pay and are giving customers horrible service!

I wish I could give this place a ZERO. They are NEVER open and just pick and choose their hours. If you simply don’t want to work and would rather protest go find a new job. I’ve contacted corporate many of times to replace this Starbucks with something else or to hire new workers. When they do want to work they have the WORST attitudes and make you feel bad for asking for a substitute in your drink. I’ll gladly drive 3 minutes down the road and go to the one by target since they’re actually open and have some compassion for their job. Ridiculous.
