Had a bad experience today. My sister and went in this Starbucks to buy some of the cups and the 2 of the employee's said it was discontinued. Funny thing because when I went to the Starbucks in des plaines they told me everything was 50% and I was able to buy the cups but I was very frustrated because I realized they just wanted to hold the cups for themselves. I'll be bringing this to their manager tomorrow.

The service sucks at this location today on Christmas I'm a Uber driver and they did not want to answer drive thru an when I came to window three employees running around and looking at me looking at them they all suck and I'm sorry to be a Bish but yeah I had to snap on them today on Christmas no less not great customer service at all zero stars today guys do better. Or is it cause I'm black? I don't know but yea that happen today
