I arrived at this location at 12:27 PM on November 21st at lunchtime. I was on the phone and in a hurry. I bought a small cappuccino and a tomato and mozzarella sandwich. I calculated the total at $12:43. I presented my Starbucks card for $10, intending to pay $2:43 with my personal card. I ended up paying with a debit card, and they returned my Starbucks card and gave me a receipt. I didn't check it, took my order, and left. When I got home that evening and looked at the receipt, I realized they'd resold me my gift card and charged me for the order. They scammed me, and I don't understand how my card was charged again, since my husband and I bought it at a different Starbucks location. This is terrible customer service.

Every time I go to this Starbucks and pay with Apple Pay, they literally tilt the payment screen right as I’m tapping—clearly hoping I’ll “accidentally” hit a tip option I never agreed to. It’s shady, irritating, and honestly feels like a scammy little tactic to squeeze extra money out of customers.

I shouldn’t have to play dodge-the-screen just to buy a coffee. If I WANT to tip, I’ll tip. But manipulating the payment screen so I’m tricked into it? Absolutely not. Do better.

“Slow service and no attention to details.”
Stopped by this Starbucks today and had a disappointing experience. It took a long time just to get our order, even though we only ordered a chocolate chip cookie. They didn’t ask if we wanted it toasted, and the wait was much longer than it should’ve been. Service definitely needs improvement.

This Starbucks by Ohara hasn't improved at all. I ordered a small latte, and the cup was only two-thirds full. When I asked the blonde cashier to add more milk, she said it was low because of the foam. Always making excuses to charge more for less product. Starbucks is declining in service and greed.
It is very rude of Starbucks to lock the door to customers who need to use the bathroom and facilities—causing a backlog of traffic by Ohara. Also, employees ignore you when you come in, have personal conversations with each other, and prioritize window orders.

My wife was feeling bad and i asked for a cup of water at the drive though. I have been refused 1 class of water at the drive thru even thought I purchased a drink 30 minutes ago
This is outrageous

The new addition to Starbucks, which is pathetic, is playing loud music while you’re trying to order your drink or food at the drive thru. I found the experience to be incredibly annoying and frustrating making me not want to get Starbucks anymore. I’m starting to think it’s not worth it and it really is way overpriced. There’s always a mega wait. This might be the end for me. Think about it, if the average customer spends $6.50/day x 5 days a week, that is $1,690/year on a luxury item. That’s right, this is supposed to be pleasurable! No thanks!!!!!

I just want to take a moment to shout out an incredible employee at this Starbucks location—her name is Charlie (I think that’s her name, and I hope I got it right!). Every time I go through the drive-thru and she’s working, she’s seriously the sweetest person ever. Her energy is always so positive, kind, and uplifting—it honestly makes my entire day better.

Not every Starbucks experience is like this. Not every employee brings that kind of warmth and genuine joy to their customer service. But Charlie does. Every. Single. Time.

She makes me look forward to my coffee run just a little more, because I know I’m going to be met with a smile, great energy, and such thoughtful service. I truly hope Starbucks recognizes what a gem they have in her—and hires more people like her. The world (and definitely the coffee line!) needs more Charlies.

It's decent. The service is usually pretty slow though (afternoon/evening).

The WORSE, the cashier insinuated me of stealing my own online uber eats order then like he cant freaking read....didnt want to give it back for 2 minutes. And then had the nerve to ask for my receipt when he was given my name. I'm writing to corporate and then the manager or supervisors excuse is we dont usually have someone place an order for uber pick up. That is UNEXCEPTABLE! Which is a lie because I've always done it with the old team and it's an option on the app. Incompetent !
