For a convention center, this Starbucks was grossly underprepared. I waited for nearly an hour for one drink and wrap that was mobile ordered. I understood that it was crazy busy so I gave them some grace for the first 30 minutes, but as time got longer they were still not getting food out. When you would check on the status, the man calling out names would get very upset with you (despite him having them in a pile in front of him that you could not look through to find your order). How are you going to say that the food is delayed when you are on your phones and food is not coming out at ALL. I’ve been to conventions for almost a decade and I’ve never seen a mess like this place was. Do better.

No matter what event I go here for, the line is always out the door and they don't accept any gift cards or point redemption.Staff are fine and the drinks are what I'd expect, but this place should remove their seating and add more machines. It does not have the throughput to handle almost anything the DES hosts.Oh and if you want to be Starbucks branded, you should be required to take the app and gift cards.
Don't like your coffee black but want milk in it? That's a Dollar extra!!!!

I went to this Starbucks location, located in the Donald E Stephens convention center, a couple of days in a row and had a good experience every time. Quick service for a very busy location. Food and drinks were as expected, and with friendly service!
Like the whole Fashion Outlets of Chicago mall in Rosemont, Starbucks Coffee, located in this mall, was very busy on the weekend, when it became totally packed with customers in the late afternoon and early evening hours. I stopped to order a take out of two Cheese Danishes and one Butter Croissant. The order was ready fairly quickly, the service at the counter did their best to be friendly and polite, but given the large number of customers -- of all ages -- the atmosphere in the open-floor area of Starbucks Coffee was quite hectic and very noisy. Another thing was the limited seating: many customers were standing in the counter area, waiting for their orders, it was hard to see, if there's any seating available at all, I was able to find a table with armchairs in the median part of the mall, which was very helpful, since purchases were piling up towards the end of the day. To sum it all up: pastries and croissants were tasty, as always, the price was as expected (for three items subtotal $10.85 + 11.25% tax = total $12.07), and the best time to visit this Starbucks Coffee would probably be the late morning -- early afternoon hours, when I saw the shop not being busy at all, and it was easy not only to find a seating place, but to take some distant photos of the coffee shop, as well.
Rather than just turning around and filling the cup with regular coffee as cashiers do at many locations they make you wait for all the machiado caramel whatever to be made b4 u get your coffee. See inefficient
I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher and they ran out of dragonfruit

They just closed the door in front of us without explanation. It was half an hour before they should be closed according to the schedule here in Google Maps. We asked to make us just simple coffee and they refused. There is no any schedule listed on doors too. They just close whenever they want.

I absolutely love this spot. My team and I was working at a 4 day convention last weekend. Their drinks and services was on point every time we went. As a vendor, I always witness long lines at any convention centers because you are dealing with an enormous crowd from the center. The line was long but it was moving fast as well. Overall I enjoyed my service at this Amark location. We will definitely come visit Fred and his wonderful staff the next time we come to Chicago. Thank you guys.
Wasteful. Won’t use customers own cups. No explanation. So wasteful. I get covid but no onther Starbucks I’ve been too has not allowed me to use my own cup.
went and got a strawberry asci with lemonade.. maybe 30-40 minutes later , i was hot and my stomach was hurting .. like bloated and everything.. also experienced some diarrhea.. will never eat or drink anything from here again.
It's a Starbucks that opens after the convention hall opens. Open before the convention so all the people literally stuck waiting for the hall to open can shop. You have a captive audience.Considering it's also the only shop in the hall it's too small. Should be bigger.Doesn't have hours posted so hopefully the Google hours are right. Impossible to tell.
