I went to this Starbucks location, located in the Donald E Stephens convention center, a couple of days in a row and had a good experience every time. Quick service for a very busy location. Food and drinks were as expected, and with friendly service!

Rather than just turning around and filling the cup with regular coffee as cashiers do at many locations they make you wait for all the machiado caramel whatever to be made b4 u get your coffee. See inefficient

They ran out of Frappuccino's and Frozen Drinks. They could have put a sign up saying that or on the board somewhere. I understand that there is alot of people in line to get Starbucks but when your blenders are not working or you run out of product, it would be nice to see a sign somewhere. They have people standing around while I am still waiting on my iced chai tea. There was 3 standing in front, stocking. It's 85 degrees outside and it was hot. Be better prepared when you have conventions.

They just closed the door in front of us without explanation. It was half an hour before they should be closed according to the schedule here in Google Maps. We asked to make us just simple coffee and they refused. There is no any schedule listed on doors too. They just close whenever they want.

I absolutely love this spot. My team and I was working at a 4 day convention last weekend. Their drinks and services was on point every time we went. As a vendor, I always witness long lines at any convention centers because you are dealing with an enormous crowd from the center. The line was long but it was moving fast as well. Overall I enjoyed my service at this Amark location. We will definitely come visit Fred and his wonderful staff the next time we come to Chicago. Thank you guys.

Wasteful. Won’t use customers own cups. No explanation. So wasteful. I get covid but no onther Starbucks I’ve been too has not allowed me to use my own cup.

Fred was at the register asked for a cup of water was denied and said why would I give you water when we sell water for 5.99 never had a issue any other location, I go Starbucks daily and get my regular and always a trenta ice water sometimes just ask for a water other locations as well never a issue, some people take there job too serious

went and got a strawberry asci with lemonade.. maybe 30-40 minutes later , i was hot and my stomach was hurting .. like bloated and everything.. also experienced some diarrhea.. will never eat or drink anything from here again.

It's a Starbucks that opens after the convention hall opens. Open before the convention so all the people literally stuck waiting for the hall to open can shop. You have a captive audience.Considering it's also the only shop in the hall it's too small. Should be bigger.Doesn't have hours posted so hopefully the Google hours are right. Impossible to tell.

To be honest this is the worst Start Bucks I ever had there Coffee very very light as if there is not enough coffee in it and everything as a sameIt’s not worth it what I spend ☹️I Believe that someone have to do something about it ( come on STAR BUCKS )

Would not give me a cup for water because they are in low supply of cups. How pathetic is that? I’m a daily Starbucks customer!

There was a an event going on, but this is unacceptable; ordered a salted caramel cold brew and there was barely any foam and no caramel at all. In addition the worker watered the coffee down.

This Starbucks employees, especially the Asian girl, think they're smarter by offering only 2 sizes of cups rather than 3 that they had; and when you ask for the smallest size, they give you a weird look as if you asked them to pay for it as well. Very bad business practice; no business etiquette!
