Before I even start I really want to point out that the lady who actually made our sandwiches was EXTREMELY nice and I wish her nothing but the best. However, there was another lady and I’m not sure if she’s the manager or the owner but she’s extremely rude and brazen. We paid for our food and took it to the car, I then went back inside to use the restroom before fully leaving. The restroom is for customers only which was fine since I literally just bought food. The person who made our sandwiches understood what I was doing. However, after I left the restroom, the manager/owner lady (who wasn’t even there when I bought my food), while I’m STILL IN THE STORE, turns to the sandwich lady and says “he needs to buy something”. While I’m STILL IN THE STORE. I literally turned around and said I already did 😒 and just walked out. For more context, I’m black. This shit definitely felt racially motivated because why are you bold enough to do that shit without even knowing context? You weren’t even there, maybe ASK instead of ASSUMING. Never going back to that store, and get a life lady. Don’t be racist and maybe y’all would have better reviews.

Yesterday morning, my partner and I were serviced by the nicest woman coming into the shop so this review is not a reflection on her exceptional attitude at all.
It wasn’t until after my partner and I paid for our sandwiches that we had a horrible encounter with another worker.
While I left to go to the car with our sandwiches, my partner stayed in the shop to use the restroom. When he got done and as he was leaving the store, a woman who appeared to be the manager, without even acknowledging my partner, turns to the lady who made our sandwiches and LOUDLY said, “he needs to buy something!” My partner, who’s clearly still in the shop and can hear her, replied “I already did.” All she responded back was, “Oh okay” very sheepishly.
Although the sandwiches were delicious and the lady who made them was very kind, this rude “manager” left a bad taste in both our mouths. For that reason, we will not be returning and do not recommend this Subway location.
Just a tip: do not be bold enough to assume something if you, yourself, were not there. Simply ask - it is not that difficult. Along with this, address the person directly if you are going to accuse them of something. The passive aggressive yelling on the side just makes you very classless.

I visited this subway today. As I walked a worker was eating near the back entry way but quickly put his food away to service me. I notice that he didn’t wash his hands after eating and before serving me. I politely asked that he wash his hands and he proceeded without a problem, only to springy water on his hands in less than 3 seconds and return to me. I smirked and proceeded to walk out before he asked, “what? That wasn’t good enough?”. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed that I took time away from my duties today only to have time wasted and have to return to run my business. Noticing some of the reviews, it seems that this wasn’t a first occurrence.

What the hell is going on in this place I added for steak egg and cheese foot long but all the steak on one side and got scraps of steak :( got home and my sandwich tasted funny as if the ovens have not been cleaned ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND

Terrible Service and Complete Disappointment!
I recently placed an online order at Subway for 4 footlongs, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. All 4 sandwiches were completely wrong, not a single one matched what I ordered. Every step of the order was messed up, and that is simply unacceptable! I expected quality service, but all I got was frustration. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Subway. I will never order here again, and I strongly advise others to stay away!

It's start nice , the person who did our sandwiches very nice ...but...like always, and this is not only this store , when we got home and open the bag was oil from giardinera dripping from sandwiches...we got some churros for desert and they was wet from spicy oil ...the taste of sandwiches was fresh but too spicy ..
