Beware of false advertising! I ordered a chicken salad wrap that was adverting their posted menu for $7.29. When it was rung up they charged me $8.80. I told them that their posted sign said $7.29. I was told the prices recently changed and their posted ed board was not updated yet. I explained that they cannot charge me more Han what was posted in their store. They refused to honor the posted price. I demanded my money back and they finally relented. I will never go to that store again. Beware!

I had a disappointing experience with Lina during my visit on 02/15/2025 at 4 PM. She provided poor customer service, was extremely rude, and initially failed to provide my correct order. Instead of taking a moment to check my order numbers, she argued with me before eventually locating it in the system. It was clear that she didn’t put in the effort to assist me properly. I’ve been coming here for years and have always received great service from the other employees, but Lina’s approach to customer interactions needs improvement. She should be retrained on how to engage with customers professionally.

Forget 1 star, they need 0 stars! They messed up our sandwiches. Gave us stale, hard bread. Food is not fresh. I wont be ordering from here ever again!

The food is great! Ordering from here tests your creativity in making different combinations of ingredients taste healthy together. The Bread is amazing but it would be nice if they glazed the outside with some oil, I felt it was dry after toasting it. I also think the chocolate chip cookie is a bit too sweet, I think it can go from 210 calories to around 180 calories.

Go there for the 24/7 aspect of the subway, always pleased when the older lady is working (name starts with a B, Betha I believe). Makes everything promptly, always asked about how I would like something, and if you get the pizza, it's worth it here as a bit more cheese is added by her, and her only! Top their as far as subways go.

Service was terrible. Mariel spent 20 minutes chatting with a customer while a line formed out the door. Then she allowed this customer to return to the front of the line and make another order while her mentally handicapped (I say this as he had a visible condition, not as an insult) coworker struggled to make even a single order. When it was finally my turn, Mariel did not know how to make a premade sandwich of the menu board and the aforementioned coworkers wrecked my order completely when it was passed on to him. I left the store at that point as I was now running late for work. I still didn’t get to eat lunch. I’m sad about this experience since I live next door and would come here all the time. I’ll be sure to choose another place from now on until this location can figure out how to hire competent employees.

Worst subway ever, worst service, ordered on Uber eats, waited more than 1 hour and still didn't received the order
I am writing this review on 3rd July, 2024 for my visit at time 6:55:34 PM and writing this review for old employee who work at this location. This lady was really rude with me ignored everything I was saying. Ignored me on purpose. She didn’t even had guts to tell me her real name. Teach her some customer service skills or hire someone who has some skills to talk or at least smile with customer. My Host Order ID - P2WK5NQSZ9KWTM42. Look into it. My mom even said thank you in-spite of her bad behvaiour. She didn’t even look back at her and ignored her. This is more than customer service. It’s clear disrespect. Lady this is for you “If you are reading this just know you dis-respect my mom thats where this review become so important for me to post. The reason I am not writing your name here is just because I am better human being than you are.”

It's a good place to get a quick but to eat. And it's open 24 hrs a day. It's connected to a gas station so it's convenient to fill up on gas too
They don’t respect anything . They are too slow then they give a wrong things cause they talk in the phone. Using headphone. They can’t prepare an order without ask again. Just talking and talking and talking in the headphone. Taking forever give u a right order. Never get the right order. They are Cuban girls. This is a terrible service. Never came here. Please save your time
