They don’t respect anything . They are too slow then they give a wrong things cause they talk in the phone. Using headphone. They can’t prepare an order without ask again. Just talking and talking and talking in the headphone. Taking forever give u a right order. Never get the right order. They are Cuban girls. This is a terrible service. Never came here. Went to subway to purchase a spicy Italian on flatbread. The employee started to fix my sandwich and as he was putting cheese on it the American cheese had black stuff on it. I noticed it pointed it out and asked him not to place that on my sandwich. He placed cheese face down on my meat. I was frustrated and after about 15 seconds i just walked away. This place needs to be inspected.

Made an online order never received it. I spoke to associates/management and they were not helpful and didn't seem concerned about it. The last time I spoke to them they hung up on me. I've gone into that location and wasn't impressed with service either.
The place is clean and the food good but DO NOT BOTHER ORDERING IN THE APP FOR PICKUP. Your pickup time will NEVER be honored. And when I commented about this, Berta (I believe her name is spelled) simply stated, "I'm busy" with some nice level of sass lol. No sorry wa as mentioned ever. Last time I'll order from here.
