Very rude customer service and they ignore you when you speak and act like what you say does not matter even the manager is like that too. Food never has any meat in it even when paying extra for it and food is always cold. Found a hair today in my food that is not my hair color. Also missing part of my order. Everytime I go there it’s always a problem

Placed a mobile order and received a wrong item when I called the store to tell them what had happened the lady on the phone was trying to tell me that’s how the taco was supposed to come with all the ingredients, but she kept confusing the double-decker with the double stacked taco, which is what I ordered and was very adamant that they made it right and that’s what comes on the double stack taco which is completely wrong very rude the entire time have to go through the app to get my refund. Will not be returning there.

I was ordered vaggie taco & Maxican lady make beef taco & then after she not accept mistake & very rudely behavior I was complained & she call the cops don’t go this place very very bed service staff is very rudely behavior very bed experience
Vegetarian options: The staff was make beef & I am pure vegetarian the cow is our religion god very bed experience
I had lunch at this place yesterday and when I left I forgot my bag with credit cards inside, I came and took the bag, but when I opened it I saw that someone had opened my bag and that night unknown transactions started to happen from my card! I immediately contacted the bank and they will help me find out who made this transaction and I will immediately contact the police and sue the employees who decided to use my credit card information! Dear Taco Bell managers, be attentive to your employees, one of them is a fraudster and we will soon find out who!

the food is okay, they get the ingredients right but put them together sloppily, don't order a quesadilla unless you don't mind having to cut it yourself because they didn't do so fully kind of stuff.
the real issue is they seem to have a real issue getting drive through order takers who speak and understand intelligible English. please pay your workers enough expecting them to be able to actually communicate is not too much to ask.
Dietary restrictions: they use metal racks that hold tacos, cross contamination is basically inevitable and impossible to stop. if this bothers you avoid.
