Worst service ever, im here so often i cant remember how many times they mess up my orders. The root of the problem is the lady cook/manager at this location. And she is teaching the new employees to he same thing, how to give attitude to customers.

This location keeps messing up my order every single time. This is the third time they forgot items I paid for. It’s ridiculous at this point. If your staff can’t handle basic orders, they shouldn’t be running a drive-thru. I’m done wasting my money here

Clean, cozy, neat and good food. Order up in less than 5 minutes. Everything hot and fresh. My new hang out. ?
9:50am, and breakfast isn’t available in the app. Last week I ordered breakfast and instead of a hash brown in my wrap they subbed it for soggy regular potatoes. They also forgot the egg in the breakfast wrap. It was horrendous.

Editing to add: they refuse to acknowledge that their soda machine has too much co2 and not enough syrup. Test me- go to another Taco Bell and order a Baja blast and you can SEE the color difference, too. Traded my weak Baja blast for a regular mt dew and same thing. Over priced over carbonated soda.
Original post: They keep removing food items from the menu. I will no longer be coming here since there’s nothing left here to order. Very disappointing. The Fiesta Veggie Burrito was very accommodating to anyone on a vegetarian diet (no, not me though). Good job on limiting those options even further for those people. BRING IG BACK!

Disgusting service. They first forgot to add our full food request to the order. And then showed us attitude when we went up to the window and told them they are missing our food and said “you need to go back to the line and order again because there is a line behind you” after we had already waited about 15-20 minutes in the line. Horrible service, would give 0 stars if possible. Need to change their night staff. Date of visit 05/16 @ 12:10-1:02. Almost took an hour to get our entire order.

Learn to read the order and don’t forget items that are clearly in the order and is there for a reason. Also try not to be rude to the customer when it’s your fault you messed up.Food was okay. Generic cheap “mexican”
