I stopped by Jack’s at The Bar and had an awesome experience! The atmosphere was friendly and laid-back, the drinks were top-notch, and the service was fast and attentive. Jack and the staff really make you feel welcome — it’s the kind of local Chicago spot you always want to come back to. What a great local spot! Love hanging here with a group of friends and playing pool and darts! Regulars make me feel right at home, as well as the friendly bartenders! highly recommend!
We were in Chicago from the Puyallup Wa area. We are always on the lookout for a great neighborhood bar, and this is it! We arrived at a bit of a lull and got a seat at the bar.
The waitress was great. She took care of us and the other guests were very friendly, even sharing their Trader Joe’s popcorn, and even bought us shots.
If you are in the area this bar is a must visit for a good hometown feel even when you are across the country!
