Not only was I waiting for my flight and my rental on way to drop off needed a tire repair, I came in to have lunch and relax out of the cold. Especially vs going to airport to wait and pay more for food. Seems you should be a regular to be there. Waitress came by onece after dropping food off. After a bit other workers would come by taking a chair from one table and moving it. Like they were trying to hint me out the door. Then a busboy came taking the receipt, which sat there for some time saying, ok have a good day. Never have a felt unwanted at a restaurant before.

Middle class Boomer Bar. Beers weren't too badly priced and it was packed one random weekday night (cubs game?). Bartender was new but extremely nice and showed great customer service. If it wasn't for him, id probably leave after a beer.

We had an absolutely wonderful time hosting a party here for my dad. Tommy and his team were incredibly kind and took such great care of our group. The food was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. They were accommodating with everything from the food and bar packages to the music—just everything we needed to make a good time great. Highly recommend Beacon for whatever you’re celebrating.

We had my grandmother's 100th birthday party here. The food was great. The service was great. They even put Happy 100th Birthday Lucy to my grams on the outside sign.

I’ve been to Beacon Tap a few times now, and every visit has been solid. The atmosphere is relaxed, the music isn’t too loud, and the staff actually pays attention to what you need. The menu has a great mix of bar favorites, and everything comes out hot and well-seasoned. It feels like a place that puts effort into both food and service.
I have been here a few times. The food is great , family friendly and the service fast. Had their French Oioin soup which was on special menu.

Had a reservation for 6pm. Arrived 20 minutes early. Was seated by hostess and sat. After approximately 10 minute wait, a waitress approached us, asking how long we’d be at the table. If we were staying beyond 6:40 we would have to move. We wound up moving one table over to accommodate the waitress and then sat more waiting for a waitress to take our drink order. We finally needed to ask for a waitress. Totally unacceptable. We’ve been customers in the past but definitely not going forward.

this place seemed perfect - until we called! the lady on the phone ignored questions and hung up on us. we called twice, this happened both times. rude as hell! made us change our mind about trying it out.
