Dixon Al and Ledas is my favorite place in the Rock Falls Sterling and Dixon area . Been going there for years and never once have I been disappointed . Best Italian food around in my opinion

I called in order.taco loaf NO onion.broke two my toes yesterday so picked up online walmart order too.picked up order, got home to eat.covered in onion.called back.same girl that took order answered again.she had to look up order.came back onto phone, stated..nope didn't say no onion.so I had to ask for replacement.she wasnt going to do anything for me.then I asked for it to be delivered because now it's pouring rain and with my broken toes didn't want to try to come back out yet again.plus was soaking my toes amd had on pjs.theyd deliverer but told me I had to pay for the 5$fee.. ME not understanding.she didn't repeat the order so I'd know she didn't hear no onion/or put order in right.then I had to pay more to bring their mistake to me.so for the mistake,I paid full price to pickup wrong order with my gas,then had to pay them more to bring the right order to me.To top it off.gave driver 5.oo he gave back,said all ok.so thought ×WOW they made it right with me and didn't charge the 5 dollars...BUT no they charged my credit card without my permission or me even knowing they did it..must say NOT the best customer service.Ill keep you posted if they actually make it right 😂 NOT Happy over here

Tried to call over an hour and the phone would just ring. So I drove over and thought maybe they were having phone problems and I could see worker through the window that ignored. Then the lady came out and handed a pizza to someone else and I asked if something was wrong with their phones because I’ve been trying to call and she was extremely rude and told me that nothing’s wrong with her phone and then I said well I guess something could be because I’m literally calling it right now and nobody is answering. I’ve always had a good experience until today and I will not be back
