Tried to call over an hour and the phone would just ring. So I drove over and thought maybe they were having phone problems and I could see worker through the window that ignored. Then the lady came out and handed a pizza to someone else and I asked if something was wrong with their phones because I’ve been trying to call and she was extremely rude and told me that nothing’s wrong with her phone and then I said well I guess something could be because I’m literally calling it right now and nobody is answering. I’ve always had a good experience until today and I will not be back

Have ate there for years and carry out. Never disappointed. Still eat food from there. We have ate there, carry outs and delivery. Highly recommend them.
Parking: Always plenty of parking in the parking lot and street parking.

They do pickup service. 45 to 50 minutes. You can order a precooked prepped pizza order if you are taking out of town to cook later. Been doing business with them since I was in 6th grade family always stopped in and ate inside back then. I'm 60 now still love the torpedo sandwich and their pizza. Excellent to get take to lowell park .
Pizza was cardboard and owners would rather feed the pigs than the homeless.

Unfortunately they lost my business today because I couldn’t get through on the phone after numerous calls, so I had to go elsewhere. I had a rather large order so they missed out on a considerable amount. Perhaps they need to look at a different phone system.

Unsure what's going on, Post-Covid, with the De-Co (Delivery Carryout Only). It's a little frustrating. But the Torpedo sandwich I got was fantastic. The food is always good. The service is still good. I don't live in Dixon and still very much enjoy eating from here!
