First time here. Ordered traditional spaghetti, large portion was very good and meatballs(tasted terrible). My wife had mostaccili was good. Appetizer of garlic bread and meat sauce (extra $$$ unexpected) tasted excellent. The server was nice and friendly, somewhat nieve about Italian food. Prices high for what you get. Terrible 3 percent upcharge for credit card usage. This should go away, so I downgrade the experience a star. Overall, it was ok, but not worth the $$$$.

We had lunch today. I had a 4 toppi g lunch puzza and salad bar. I ordered 4 toppings. Sausage, myshrooms, onion and black olives. My husband had the buffet. The pizza finally came when he was finished with his 2 trips through the buffet and I had finished my trip through the salad bar. It had NO sausage at all. The waitress asked if I wanted them to remake it but we were done eating and Didn't want to wait that long. How disssappointjng
Always great pizza. Grew up loving Angelo's and I always try to grab a large pizza whenever I'm in town.

Had the pizza/pasta buffet. Service was great. If I get sausage pizza, there should be sausage on the pizza. There was only 2 pieces of sausage on 1/2 the pizza when I at the buffet stand. The pepperoni pizza was ok. No interest in the spaghetti pizza or the macaroni and cheese pizza.

Great pizza, awesome salad bar.
I had friends coming from another state. On August 2nd, 2025 we traveled to Dixon, Illinois to see Ronald Reagan's boyhood home in Dixon Illinois; a statue of a young Abraham Lincoln and a fort that he stayed in during the war. Also, we drove 5 miles East to see John Deere's home and blacksmith shop in Grand De Tour, Illinois. This is where he created the first steel plow. It made farming so much easier for farmers. All of this was a wonderful time and experience.
For lunch, I had kept telling my guests that I was going to take them to eat the best pizza around.
Granted, I hadn't been to the Dixon Angelo's 3 for many years. My family always go to Angelo's 2 in Sterling, Illinois. I remember them being identical in decor. They were always so beautiful and warm. Dixon Angelo's 3 has remodeled. It has pucky brown paint on all the walls. No pictures up on the walls. Just a big, unwarm space. I had bragged and bragged that Angelo's pizza was the best they'll ever have. Ours was so bland. Nothing special about it. It actually tasted like it was a frozen pizza. We got an extra large pizza with pepperoni, onions, tomatoes, and mushrooms. I am not lying...There were 8 little pieces of mushrooms on the whole pizza. Very little of any of the toppings. We were so disappointed. I apologized for hyping it up so much; and, then we got that.
As far as the waitress, she was very attentive; and very nice.
I would suggest Angelo's 2 in Sterling, Illinois any day. Tons of toppings; and always delicious. 😋

I have come here twice so far. I bought a house a few blocks away 3 months ago! We have gone for the buffet and it's so good. I love the Mac & cheese pizza and mastacholi pasta. Service is always good. I recommend the buffet as everyone can get different stuff and it's very inexpensive per person.

You have to try the spaghetti pizza. It was super messy but very tasty. The kids enjoyed their butter noodles and cheese pizza.

The food is a little pricey compared to other pizza places, but it's really good. They have my favorite margaritas in the area.
