My boyfriend & I were shopping at Walmart and wanted some Arby's we were going to go inside but we had a cranky 3 year old in the car so went through the drive-thru. Was not very busy cashier was ok... we got home and had our food and I had a piece of plastic in my curly fries and you can tell they were not made fresh but sitting there. I worked fast food almost 15 years ago but you can tell the difference between fresh and stuff sitting. I was excited to try it as its been a really long time. Not sure if I will go back.. it was over $30 for 2 combos and then not to have it be amazing. Rather keep my money away from them.

The food is good but overpriced. I wonder if the owners know that they are selling fast food chain food? Everyone knows that this is fast food, correct? There aren't supply chain issues and there isn't a shortage of food so why would anyone pay that much for food?????

I just.
Went through drive through ordered a crispy chicken sandwich a Gyro meal. It took 12 minutes, then they forgot to give me the gyro. And then that is cold. Also, this is the first time that I've had bad service. But I wasn't very happy otherwise any other time I've been OKI asked what took so long and the one girl that brought it out said they forgot to drop the Chicken Sandwich. At that point I was hoping they would have made a new gyro.
