My boyfriend & I were shopping at Walmart and wanted some Arby's we were going to go inside but we had a cranky 3 year old in the car so went through the drive-thru. Was not very busy cashier was ok... we got home and had our food and I had a piece of plastic in my curly fries and you can tell they were not made fresh but sitting there. I just.
Went through drive through ordered a crispy chicken sandwich a Gyro meal. It took 12 minutes, then they forgot to give me the gyro. And then that is cold. Also, this is the first time that I've had bad service. But I wasn't very happy otherwise any other time I've been OKI asked what took so long and the one girl that brought it out said they forgot to drop the Chicken Sandwich. At that point I was hoping they would have made a new gyro.
