“Our food took a bit to come out even during a generally non-busy time, but our cashier was very nice! The food was good; I only get the chicken boxes from Dairy Queen since I don't like the burgers. Fresh and hot, so it was worth the wait. Overall, I haven't had any issues with this location so I'm surprised to see it has lower stars.
If you're a nice human, you'll get treated like a nice human. Be nice to the workers there! You'll have far less problems if you remain patient and kind.
Also, again, it's fast food. Lower your expectations y'all!“

“Taking my daughter to restaurants is always stressful. We try to do it as often as possible to keep her used to it, but it’s always stressful and the unpredictability of the situation always keeps us on edge. Shout out to the cashier at Hardee’s in Dixon today. I was trying to keep ahold of my daughter and order/pay for our food and she was incredibly kind and understanding. I asked her to bag up our food in case we needed to run out and she said “no no, please stay and eat; it’s okay if she needs to get up and run around and we don’t mind if she makes noise.” And then she asked if she could have a cookie and handed her a free cookie. I don’t know if this cashier has someone with a disability in her life or just has a very kind heart but this mama was so appreciative today. It doesn’t go unnoticed when someone gives us a little grace. Thank you so much. I didn’t get her name but she had blonde hair and was so kind. She deserves to be commended for her kindness.“

“The best!!!! No like THEEE BEST!!! I have done many events over the years with this wonderful team of culinary geniuses & they exceed all expectations! I can tell you once the room realizes who catered the event they are blown away & asking for cards immediately!! Highly recommend for all your catering needs. Also don’t sleep on their beautiful restaurants!!! Absolutely delicious“
