This specific chipotle is fiiiilthy. I have heard people locally mention this before when they first opened, but I had hoped it was just by chance or because they needed to get a handle on just opening and getting into the flow of things. But no, it's been quite some time, and it is still filthy. I went in around 11/1130 (i believe they open at 10, so I hadn't been open long yet), and every table was covered in food, the tables were clearly wiped down with a filthy rag prior to the food being on it as you could see heavy streaks and swirls on the table. The floor was a complete mess. This was disappointing as the food was great, but I will honestly say, if it weren't for my daughter wanting it so badly, I would have left - I was seriously worried about whether I would get food poisoning given the standards of cleanliness I was noticing! I did not get sick, which was lovely, but man do they need to get on top of the cleaning there, so sad.

Prices are high for what little food you get. Drink prices are high. Cleanliness of store with the amount of staff they had. Seating situation is poorly designed. my husband ordered the smoke brisket bowl and if you call that brisket, that’s a joke because there was basically nothing in there except for these itty-bitty cubes and the person serving it basically gave more or less a half scoop if that. The picture displayed totally does not match what is given in the bowl. Personally, if you’re gonna offer something that looks delicious like that in the picture, it would be nice to get something similar to that in the bowl. We ordered a large bag of chips which says on the bag that they made daily. Personally, I also feel those Are not made because if they are, they must’ve been made at the beginning of the first hour of the day because they were nasty. They were salty like really salty and stale tasting. I have the Barbacoa bowl the meat tasted fine but yet again, the person serving it was the person that served my husband She also did not give a full scoop of meat for that price. You would think that they could give you a scoop of the meat instead of barely half of a scoop. When you order extras on top of your bowls, such as queso and the guacamole it would also be nice to get what you’re paying for instead of a dab. It is safe to say we will not be coming back to eat at your establishment. The only thing that my husband and I enjoyed was our beverages. He ordered sparkling bottle of water and I got a large drink. What I will recommend from your store as the Mandarin Agua Fresca. I was surprised within the key ingredients and it was really good and refreshing.

there were kids in here then they left and left their garbage behind. there’s 7+ people working and the garbage is still there. there’s a family that is stuck sitting their with the other people’s garbage. multiple workers have looked at it and have done nothing especially when they are dead

I had hoped after all the bad reviews I would come in to a place improved but it hasn’t. Filthy behind the counter, trash over flowing, beans were gross and dried up, only to get my food and have it be cold… so over this place not certain how it’s still going.

I have had really good food & some not so good food from this location. Employees are nice that I have dealt with. Have forgotten items on multiple orders so give your bag a check before leaving.
I will say that whenever I have had an issue & reported it in the app I have gotten a replacement “reward” in app that I can use on a future order. So they try to make it right.

Out of everything. Skimped on meat, and the burrito looked like it was rolled using spatulas.

Idk if it's Chipotles new policy or something, but the last few times I've tried to get corn salsa or guacamole it's been out.

So I arrived at about 9:20 PM 3 to 4 employees grill is completely off. They are mopping and cleaning, which is not a problem because I know if you have time to do this side work and you’re not too busy go ahead and start but cutting a grill off over an hour and a half before closing is insane when you don’t have any brisket or any fajita blend on the table. while it was three ladies visible for me to see in them to see me when I walked in I was only greeted when the girl from the back came in, which is weird. I can’t say that the food was horrible, but the service and atmosphere and lack of food is a disgrace.

Came in at 8. Very understaffed. Was giving people half of the portions they are supposed to give. Person chopping brisket in the back said alloud, "careful on the brisket. Don't give them a lot". They then proceeded to give people half scoops of meat. We are paying for the full portions. Not half. Ridiculous.

I was a customer and have two complaints. One time I was there and watched an employee drop food on the floor..some kind of meat. I was in the store eating and overheard the manger to rinse it off and serve it. On the same day while I was being served I watched a manager scream at her employee while she was serving me all on the same day. How they pass health inspection codes is beyond me. It's dirty everywhere. The tables are never wiped down. The floor is filthy full of food from the previous customers. I will never eat there again. My suggestion is to everyone, don't eat at the Dixon location. Staff is rude and the "managers" are even worse. That explains the staffing at their store

My husband went to the restaurant with my order for a burito bowl and when he got home with it I had a couple spoons of rice a few cubs of gristly steak 2 half's of red peppers and a couple onions.i never order anything but the burrito bowl with rice steak fajita veggies cheese and the other fixings on the side. I didn't get enough food for a child. My husband said service was terrible. He waited for a long while to get waited on. They kept saying we will be right with you. Not true. If we were to go back, I want to know what day and time the people who gave five stars went.

This chipotle has fallen into the trend of tiny portions… they started out good with normal portions but now if you get a bowl it won’t even be half filled and a burrito won’t even be the size of your fist. The whole experience is sad.

I don't get all the bad reviews. Maybe they needed a transition period. The food is very good, and I never have a problem with my order but I order inside. It's one of the few options here where the food is tasty and on the healthier side. I love the grilled chicken and Chipotle guacamole is the best! I'm glad they opened and hope they stay.
