20 minute wait for food.I had to go in from the drive thru to get my food. The lady at the counter, Deb, did not ask if she can help me just made eye contact. Never said sorry. Went to check on it, the food prep guy said he did that awhile ago. Yeah you probably did and gave to someone else... She tells him needs another asap. Got it within a minute. I wonder where it came from. Someone else's order? Been sitting awhile? Hopefully my kid doesn't get sick. Still never apologized. Started to give me free ice cream coupons. I don't want that I told her. I wanted her mgr. The mgr told her she busy and can't talk to me. But will call me. Anxiously awaiting....I will be avoiding this establishment.

Our food took a bit to come out even during a generally non-busy time, but our cashier was very nice! The food was good; I only get the chicken boxes from Dairy Queen since I don't like the burgers. Fresh and hot, so it was worth the wait. Overall, I haven't had any issues with this location so I'm surprised to see it has lower stars.

If you're a nice human, you'll get treated like a nice human. Be nice to the workers there! You'll have far less problems if you remain patient and kind.

Also, again, it's fast food. Lower your expectations y'all!

I LOVE DAIRY QUEEN. the workers are my best friends and we go there all of the time for yummy treats and meal deals. 10/10 EXPERIENCES!!

The girl at the drive through window forgot to hand the debit card back. Proceeded back to the establishment for the card and the lady decided to blame the customer for driving off too soon when the card should be handed back immediately. Very poor customer service skill. Very disappointed in the handling of my money.

I ordered through DoorDash and I didnt receive my blizzard I paid for, I got all my other food and drinks but not that, I called the store and they told me theres nothing they can do and were very rude about it didn’t say they were out of anything so not sure why i didn’t get it nor did they try to make it right. I paid almost 7$ for a medium blizzard and DoorDash can’t do nothing about it. I just want what I paid for.

I've just moved to Dixon 3 months ago from Chicago (born & raised) I've gone to DQ about 2 times so far and the staff is always friendly the shakes & food are good. I've sat outside watching cool cars drive by down Galena and sat inside which I felt bad about as my 3 year old can be old esp when he is cranky.!

My son and I went for ice-cream. We ordered a small MM blizzard, a large hot fudge Sunday w/brownie pieces, and a pup cup. They charged us $18. When we got to the window, they had a small ice cream cone, not a pup cup. They put chocolate sauce instead of hot fudge. And they would not put brownie pieces on because they said it was a choking hazard. I will never go there again.
