The worker was clearly high, she completely forgot to add coffee to my latte and gave me a cup of almond milk and syrup. Forgot to give us our food and had an attitude when we tried to clarify what was wrong with the order...I gave up and left with my wrong order bc she was too high to understand.

I don't want to say I'm a coffee snob but if I am in town I am always grabbing a coffee from somewhere. Dunkin coffee isn't at the top of my favorite list but the customer service this store has is amazing! They are so friendly and I have never had an order wrong or when I end up having my order door dashed everything is packaged and handled with care.

Literally every single time they mess up my order. Countless times they give me a smaller size coffee than I ordered and paid for. 99% of the time I have to go back because they didn’t put in the flavor. One day they put my flavor for my coffee in my child’s drink instead of mine, causing hers to be overly sweet. I have never had this issue with the Rock Falls location, but the Dixon location is awful!! I’m not ever going back. Waste of money! Almost $4 for a coffee I expect it to be made right & the size I paid for. I gave it a final chance today, but again they gave me a smaller size than what I paid for. Done & I will never recommend it to anyone. I’d rather drive way out of my way to get good service than deal with this every day.

ALWAYS out of things and every time I have went there my order is always wrong. Wrong donut or the drink is messed up. Tried to get a Halloween bucket for my kids, they offered to sell me the bucket but were out of the donuts. Why would I pay for just the bucket? They had special donuts posted in the drive thru. Tried to order them, they were out of those too. Why have them posted then? Seriously needs a revamp! I’ve been to so many other Dunkin’s WAY better than this one all around! Today was the last time I try to give them business

Yet again another failed attempt at running a business in Dixon. I purchased one chocolate long john, a cruller (which was to be regular and ended up being chocolate)and a blueberry donut. All of them were tossed into a bag. Every donut was covered in chocolate and the bag was saturated in grease and covered in chocolate from the gloves of the cashier. I understand that what I'm getting is messy and that I shouldn't expect much from a chain donut shop but the complete disregard for customer service is uncalled for. Not to mention it took us first being ignored by the staff while the other staff were having a conversation amongst themselves and walking up to place the order on the touchscreen before someone finally came over and took our order. We were the only people standing at the counter might I add. Customer service in this town has gone completely downhill. I will not be returning.

Don’t do it. Go elsewhere. Terrible staff. Wait times are horrendous. Instead of making drinks the workers were overwhelmed, pacing and complaining that they “just can’t do it.” Worst experience of any restaurant EVER. People in drive thru started backing out.

I don't know how this place is so bad. close to the worst restaurant in Dixon. Another KFC disaster. Everyone was very excited for this business but it was not worth putting this shop in town. It needs work to say the least. Horrible experience. Horrible donuts. Horrible coffee. Literally just mid.

The selection of donuts is sad as well. Plain and boring not a big selection. If you can even manage to get them! . Because many times we've gone through and had to get nothing do to their lack of product.

The Managers are never there. I'm not even sure they exist at this point. They always lie and tell you fake times for interviews. I've dropped multiple people off for interviews and every time they walk out upset because "the manager isn't here" "the manager took a one day vacation" "we thought the manager was here and apparently they're not" it's pure insanity. They don't pay you on time and try to tell you you can't receive your pay unless the manager is there. (Dropped someone off to get a check after they told her to pick it up. and then they told her she couldn't get it cause the manager was magically not there by the time we arrived, we had to leave she didn't get her money) (I live 8 minutes away). The shenanigans this place pulls is crazy.

Also it seems nobody is trained on anything apparently because nobody knows what their doing. Seemingly ever. The app is useless as well or getting help with the app. Be careful or you can lose all your points.

And even then if you do get a job, the staff they let go talk about how bad of a job it is to work. Even the parking lot is wonky and hard to use. They are not worth your time. I've witnessed this happen multiple times now to multiple people. Get your coffee elsewhere. Get a job elsewhere. Donuts are better and cheaper at gas stations and that's saying something. Nothing is worth the price it's given in this shop.

Parking: Parking lot is small and cramped. Getting out is always a hassle especially when busy and especially if the drive through is busy as well.

Poorly made drinks. Poor customer Service. Brought back a drink that wasn't made correctly and was told I have to wait. Not worth the wait!

We ordered ahead online. We should have gone insude to get it. We waited in the drive through 20 plus minutes. My order was supposed to be hot, the label when handed the drink ckearly said "hot." It was iced ? and didn't taste anything like caramel. Just cold, plain, ice coffee. I won't be back.
