We ordered ahead online. We should have gone insude to get it. We waited in the drive through 20 plus minutes. My order was supposed to be hot, the label when handed the drink ckearly said "hot." It was iced ? and didn't taste anything like caramel. Just cold, plain, ice coffee. I won't be back.

Same thing just happened to me today as I had just now seen another person had a few days ago. Placed my order at 5:28 am and was charged, went there to pick it up as website says open 4:30, I get there at 5:45 am and still closed. Was still closed at 6:10. I just called and asked for a refund and was told they do not handle refunds, that I have to go thru the app and there is nothing the app can do, I had already checked the app before calling. You shouldn't be charged for a order until you get there if they can't have managers there when they are suppose to be open! Such a shame! Would not recommend using the app.

First time coming to Dunkin Donuts in Dixon. I did order the hazelnut iced coffee large size which was $3.99 and in the app I seen is was 3.19. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese but they did not have any so I had a order of the Sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese instead. Bagel was good, but I'd rather have the cinnamon raisin bagel. The hazelnut iced coffee is way better flavor than McDonald's iced hazelnut iced coffee.

I usually come everymorning and i happened to come at night and the lady named monica was very sweet. we offered to tip but refused and said to do a review. this was the best service i have had at the dixon dunkin. our drinks were made perfect and would recommend going there.

I only go maybe once every couple of months because they are ALWAYS out of something completely crucial to the coffee making process. Today, no caramel and no large cups. The two times before, no espresso both times. How hard is it to have coffee available at a coffee shop? I used to go to Rock Falls location and it was the same thing. I was so excited when they opened a new Dixon location, but so far it has been a huge let down. Why is Dunkin literally always out of stuff?

Hiring manager was unprofessional and rude when I went in for an interview, she told me I was dressed inappropriate and didn't want to talk to me in front of the camera, didn't explain anything about what was wrong.

I, Charmine Dinglehooper, a hot foodie, went to my local Dunkin' Donuts today. I decided to walk in today. I liked the Christmas decorations that was on the walls. It reminded me of my MeeMa's house. I loved everything, the cashier was a sweetheart. I loved everything until one moment, the bathrooms. When I walked in, it stanked. Black coffee was good. Glazed donut was fresh. Bagel had cream cheese on one side only, but there was enough i was able to re-distribute it. Staff is friendly enough, but it always seems they are frazzled. The lady in charge openly scolds the other employees. 'How many times do I have to tell you guys about this?' (Something was wrong over by the drive up window), or taking the donuts out of the case and rearranging them because they weren't facing the right direction and openly berating them while she fixed it. All she would have had to do was turn the tray around. The way she talked to them drew attention from all the way across the room. I get procedure and corporate rules, but she needs some different skills on dealing with employees.

Went on a Saturday morning. First time going and I won't be back. We just ordered 2 sandwiches and 6 donuts. The drive thru took forever, they only heard me say 1 sandwich and it took so long I was fine with that. She took my money and gave me the sandwich and then I waited. Then they gave us the donuts. I had to remind her to give me my change by then I just wanted to leave as I was heading to work. After we left we looked at the donuts and they were all the same. I had ordered 3 chocolate and 3 glazed. It's not hard to read an order to fill it. Save yourself headaches and go to somewhere else in Dixon. I will never go back. We were thinking to treat ourselves this morning and it basically started our Saturday very poorly. For basically a microwave sandwich and 6 donuts it took over 15 minutes. And their wasn't a lot of cars. Don't ever go on a weekend. This is why I usually cook breakfast everyday, can't trust anyone to get your order correct.
