Listen, Bailey? Shes the best. I dont get a super long break, and I know that jersey Mike's is always busy. But Bailey is hands down phenomenal. When you ask someone if theyre busy busy on the inside, and this wonderful woman has my entire order put in and almost completely done by the time I get there, and it wasnt even rushed. Her sandwich was perfect đ. It was beautifully made. Not sloppy or falling apart.

Not safe for celiacs. Even after ordering the gluten free bread I still had a severe reaction. The gluten free bread is handled without a glove change and on the same, non disinfected surface as regular bread.

Greats subs but the mobile app doesnât save your address or delivery instructions, so if you select âdeliveryâ one time, then select âin store pickupâ the next, if you try to reorder a delivery you have to type everything out again. May seem nitpicking but honestly this is 2025 we shouldnât be complaining about simple things like this

You need more then one person cooking for stupid door dashing orders and customers waiting on the store for 30 minutes for a sub.. totally crazy.

I hadn't been to a Jersey Mike's in about 5 years. This was my first time at this location. It was an absolute disaster!! My order was taken by a taken by a red haired gentleman. I was extremely explicit about how I wanted my sandwich. It was extremely simple!! I asked for a Chicken Philadelphia, ONLY GREEN PEPPER and Provolone cheese. I asked for it to be chopped up small and for my sandwich to be cut INTO 3 PIECES!! The order was CLEARLY WRITTEN ON MY TICKET/ORDER!! I had taken the Reagan Mass Transit and they were sitting outside while my order was being made and then they were taking me home. My ride was $5.00. When I got home, I opened my sandwich and I was totally shocked to find my sandwich had NOT BEEN CUT AT ALL!! Then when I opened it up, I found that IT HAD RED PEPPERS NOT GREEN PEPPERS LIKE I ORDERED!! I wasn't going to eat this disaster sandwich!! It went straight in the garbage. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. Brian answered my call. He was the most unprofessional, unresponsive manager that I've ever dealt with in my life. I told him that I hadn't been to a Jersey Mike's in 5 years and this was my first time at this location. I was very explicit about how I ordered my sandwich and who I ordered it from. The orders were very clear on the ticket. I saw them. That's not how my order turned out. I told him my sandwich hadn't been cut and that there were red peppers instead of green peppers. He asked me if I wanted them to remake my sandwich. I told him that I had taken the Reagan Transit Bus and I was already home. Then he said, "I'll let the team know". That was it!! I was literally floored!! He offered to remake my sandwich before. But be didn't even offer me a credit for my sandwich the next time I came in. What lousy customer service!! I told him that I was going to do a review on Google and it wasn't going to be good. His response was "You do that" and my response was "Oh I will" and I hung up. Who on earth made this guy a manager?!! He lacks the customer service skills that it takes to be a manager. He was so incredibly rude, unprofessional and unresponsive. I'm shocked that he didn't even realize what he said. That he didn't even offer me a credit after offering to remake my sandwich knowing that I wasn't going to be able to come back right away. The only good thing that came out of it was that I had able to apply the credits to my account.

Ordered three subs with rosemary Parmesan bread. Without asking whether I still wanted the sandwich they unilaterally substituted the bread on one of the sandwiches.
They wrote a note on the bag which nobody could see until opening it up. Itâs funny because I ordered and paid for a rosemary Parmesan sandwich and got a wheat sandwich which is less than ideal at $20/sandwich.
Sorry, I didnât order this sandwich and never had a chance to cancel it. But they had a chance to tell me about it because I waited half an hour for them to make it. Must be a Jersey Mikeâs thing. Never had this happen anywhere else.
Oh yes. This was ordered at 8pm. Long before close.
