I hadn't been to a Jersey Mike's in about 5 years. This was my first time at this location. It was an absolute disaster!! My order was taken by a taken by a red haired gentleman. I was extremely explicit about how I wanted my sandwich. It was extremely simple!! I asked for a Chicken Philadelphia, ONLY GREEN PEPPER and Provolone cheese. I asked for it to be chopped up small and for my sandwich to be cut INTO 3 PIECES!! The order was CLEARLY WRITTEN ON MY TICKET/ORDER!! I had taken the Reagan Mass Transit and they were sitting outside while my order was being made and then they were taking me home. My ride was $5.00. When I got home, I opened my sandwich and I was totally shocked to find my sandwich had NOT BEEN CUT AT ALL!! Then when I opened it up, I found that IT HAD RED PEPPERS NOT GREEN PEPPERS LIKE I ORDERED!! I wasn't going to eat this disaster sandwich!! It went straight in the garbage. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. Brian answered my call. He was the most unprofessional, unresponsive manager that I've ever dealt with in my life. I told him that I hadn't been to a Jersey Mike's in 5 years and this was my first time at this location. I was very explicit about how I ordered my sandwich and who I ordered it from. The orders were very clear on the ticket. I saw them. That's not how my order turned out. I told him my sandwich hadn't been cut and that there were red peppers instead of green peppers. He asked me if I wanted them to remake my sandwich. I told him that I had taken the Reagan Transit Bus and I was already home. Then he said, "I'll let the team know". That was it!! I was literally floored!! He offered to remake my sandwich before. But be didn't even offer me a credit for my sandwich the next time I came in. What lousy customer service!! I told him that I was going to do a review on Google and it wasn't going to be good. His response was "You do that" and my response was "Oh I will" and I hung up. Who on earth made this guy a manager?!! He lacks the customer service skills that it takes to be a manager. He was so incredibly rude, unprofessional and unresponsive. I'm shocked that he didn't even realize what he said. That he didn't even offer me a credit after offering to remake my sandwich knowing that I wasn't going to be able to come back right away. The only good thing that came out of it was that I had able to apply the credits to my account.

Ordered three subs with rosemary Parmesan bread. Without asking whether I still wanted the sandwich they unilaterally substituted the bread on one of the sandwiches.
They wrote a note on the bag which nobody could see until opening it up. It’s funny because I ordered and paid for a rosemary Parmesan sandwich and got a wheat sandwich which is less than ideal at $20/sandwich.
Sorry, I didn’t order this sandwich and never had a chance to cancel it. But they had a chance to tell me about it because I waited half an hour for them to make it. Must be a Jersey Mike’s thing. Never had this happen anywhere else.
Oh yes. This was ordered at 8pm. Long before close.

The manager (I think) thanked us for choosing Jersey Mike’s when we had other choices which was so genuine and heart warming and immediately put a big smile on my face! My first time for Jersey Mike's. The mini was plenty. Very good sub.
Very friendly staff, 1st time having a sandwich and I thought it was pretty good. My only advice would be to place the bread directly on the wrapping rather than on the bare surface, infection control since the surface was wiped down by a kitchen towel that was used on other surfaces. Again, I will want to go back, I truly did enjoy my sandwich.

Not only does this staff have their stuff TOGETHER, (Teamwork makes the dream work!) They have dashes ready to go! Theyre CLEAN!! They're so nice! They say "hey, how are you, thank you for coming in, have a great day/night) like WHAT??!?! The manager is so great to us dashers! I came in and got food after dashing all day and the whole staff looked at the shelf and I was like nope, I'm here for food. The workers kept my autistic son entertained, THATS A JOB, GIVE EM A RAISE LOL so I could order and pay. I will only eat here now when I'm dashing. The subs we got tonite were AMAZING! My son hates meat, but he ate his sub and part of mine! The cheesy steak was so delicious I almost came back for more! Thank you to all the workers for being one of those DIAMOND restaurants where dashers LOVE to go and to go eat. Yall are amazing!
Kid-friendliness: They're not one of those restaurants that don't like mentally challenged kids, they're so great with my son every time we go. The whole staff!!

I have tried it twice now and both times was underwhelmed. The second time though, I tried the cold cut sandwich with the bacon, ham, turkey, and all the garnishes that it comes with. I just gotta say there was soooo much oil and vinegar. Like my sandwich was wet from it. Kinda grossed me out & upset my stomach the rest of the day. I probably won't order for quite a while but the next time I do I'm definitely saying no oil & vinegar lol they're just a little too heavy handed with it.
