Every single time I oreder which is atleast 3 times a week I never get napkins or my sandwiches cut in half and I have to call and complain terrible workers and performance it's getting old I guess i have to come in the store and tell them exactly what I want and ik I'm not the only person this happens to

Probably would have been better if it didn’t seem like the entire staff was high. Couldnt answer any questions and spent more time giggling amongst themselves than paying attention to when we were ordering or what we were ordering. Manager was even present and didn’t seem fazed. Disappointing.

Did not cut in half or provide napkins as ordered online, took fore er for delivery, And the sandwich was covered in oil inside and out such a mess

I ordered online and I got there and NO ONE was there. The drive thru speaker didn’t work so I pulled around to get my order. No one came to the window for at least 5 minutes! I told them my order and she shut the window and I never saw her again until the sandwiches were ready. I got the sandwiches home and I ordered a Club Lulu that had hardly any meat on it. This is the Dixon store and it has REALLY gone down in the service department.

Their speaker in drive thru is still broken waited 20 mins in line to even order I was blocked in or I would have left. Finally got to the window and ordered my sandwiches(2) and it took over 10 mins to make them. If this is freaky fast I hate to see slow!!

I have nothing against this place but i definitely don't recommend going at night... the staff that helped us unfortunately weren't very friendly ? and when we went to the window for our food they just handed it to us and said nothing... we asked for two of the same thing and only got one so i ended up just not eating... I didn't wanna go back haha it was very uncomfortable.
