Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Ordered 6 salads and came with no dressing. Called to ask if we can please be reimbursed for the salads that were unable to eat and they refused. Every time we stay at timber ridge we order from here or we go there to eat…never again.

This place is messed up my orders multiple times and refused to fix them.. tonight I ordered food and I told them that I wanted a lot of fries and when the fries arrived there was maybe a handful. So I had paid for these and I paid for extra sauces and when I told them that they weren’t here I asked if somebody could please bring them and they’re legitimate response to that was no. And I explain to them that I ordered the extra fries because we were having multiple people eating and I didn’t think a small side would be enough. Other than this I have found flies in my food, and chicken was undercooked before. I’ve been going here for years and given multiple chances and even thinking if I tipped good that the food would be better…probably won’t be eating here again. Sad to say. And the response of the girl who answered the phone when I told her if she bought some thing and she didn’t get what she thought she was getting if it would’ve upset her, she told me no ?? also one time they gave my mom who was 45 the “ senior discount”. Didn’t even ask her. Wtf. Get some older staff besides 14 year old girls that have no idea what they are doing. There’s only been two people that have worked there that our smoky really likes and sadly one of them is working for another restaurant now and I’m not sure if the other one is still there. Whole experience today has me wondering wtf

The food is good, but some care in the delivery process would be appreciated. My food looked like someone threw it in the box and shook it all up.

I ordered 82 dollars worth of food for my Super Bowl party. The order was not right, I told them I would bring the food back and exchange it, they said they couldn’t do that. I said just refund my money they would not do that, they wouldn’t give me contact info for anyone higher, I said I have 10 people coming over now to eat, they said well the ticket doesn’t say you ordered it this way, I can’t help someone wrote it down wrong I know what I ordered I order it every time. And now for a business I supported my whole life, I will never go to again. When they didn’t want to deal with the problem, I was in tears at this point, my fiancé called them and said how shity it was they were literally screening my calls, they had nothing to say to that. I work very hard for my money, and hosting a party to make people happy, to end up so upset myself. If it wasn’t for everyone at my home I would of drove there with all the food and waited until someone helped. I am disappointed, and feeled robbed.

Use to love every thing here . But it has changed so much the onion rings are something you’d buy in the freezer at Walmart they are no longer hand breaded , chicken Strip pieces have gotten smaller! What the world they done to the bread sticks I don’t know but yuck I’ll never order from them again

Loved this place until last night and will not be ordering again. I placed an online order for delivery at 5:15. Around 4:30 my daughter calls and says dinner is there. Now mind you I ordered for 5:15 for a reason( no one would be home to eat until then). I called the store and asked for them to explain to me why the order was delivered already. I was told it must have been a miscommunication in the kitchen and was told by the worker that it was inexcusable. I was charged $71

I had ordered a hurricane pizza and Bosco sticks!!! Never had a problem before with ordering!!! they charge me for extra cheese and gave me plain garlic bread when I called to correct my order the lady name Tasha said well u should of checked your order before you left my store isn’t that what you would do at McDonald’s!!! excuse me miss we would’ve still had to touch the food to bite into it to see if the bread had cheese in it!!! If we had decided to have it delivered it would have been the same way!!! Very rude!! Very poor customer service!!!

order a taco pizza they forget half the ingredients than screw up the other half. Than they proceed to argue as to rather or not they screwed up. We have eaten here countless times, but never again. Rather than simply apologize and offer a solution the girl states "no the cooks said they included it" like I would waste time out of my day to call and complain. A simple sorry would have gone a long way.

After trecking out in -10 weather to get the food There was 2 pieces of hair in my pizza (this being the second time with a hair in it) I call the store back. From here the teenagers that were on the cell phone had completely had no idea on what to do about the situation seeing as they couldn’t get ahold of management so they take my phone number. After about a half hour I call back and this time staff is being completely rude to me and tell me if I want something I will have

Just passing through Dixon on our way home after holiday travel and wanted lunch that wasn't fast food. Chose this place at random and was so happy we did! The pizza is amazing -- the kind of quality you expect of thin crust in the Chicago suburbs. We ordered a simple pepperoni and sausage and were pleasantly surprised that it was chunky sausage, not the small bitty kind we're used to in the Quad Cities (but don't really like). Also ordered chicken strips which featured a very tasty beer batter, a meatball sub (delicious), and the Chicken Italiano sub which was amazing with ranch dressing. The bread for the subs is top notch. Due to COVID we ordered takeout and ate in the car, but once things open up I would love to return and eat inside because the atmosphere looked unique. We'll definitely be returning!
