Artificial sweetener... no one looked that healthy in this place. Smoothies tasted so processed.
My advice go back to the basics. Try some fruit milk and protein powder. It's not that complicated

Stopped here while passing through Dixon on a job assignment the other day. I got the cookies & cream with a vanilla base which tasted amazing. Even better than the drink was the staff though. I’m assuming the owner or manager is who I talked with & she was the absolute sweetest & super knowledgeable. Will definitely come back when I visit. ❤️

The only 2 reasons I'm knocking off a star is due to the prices and the fact that they're only open until 12pm on Saturdays. The prices are rather steep, but the daily deals and happy hours make it more manageable. I hope to see them open later on Saturdays when they have a chance!I absolutely love going to Rockin and I've been there frequently for over 3 years. They have a ton of variety, everyone there is always friendly, and I like that they now have punch cards. The lower carb desserts and shakes are also awesome for diabetics that often have to pass on sweets.
