The chicken was excellent.The batter was just right. Not burned. Fries were hot. Deep fried mushrooms were great too. Good service. I would highly recommend Sheridans Walton Tap.

Waited forever to get our order taken and get our beer, our appetizers came out separately, had to ask three times if our table could have a glass of water and the food wasn't as good as it was when I used to get their food before

This place is a joke!!! Went with a small group of friends and 1 meal was made incorrectly due to dietary restriction. By the time the correct food was made for my friend the rest of our meals were gone. When the waitress was asked how they would correct the issue she said she would ask the manager. The manager came out and said since the meal was eaten we would be charged full price. I explained the meal arrived after everyone elses meal was gone and the “manager” said we should have all waited until the wrong meal was remade before we ate. After the bill was paid I went over to talk to someone I know from my place of employment about a private situation unrelated to the meal. I was then approached by another worker and asked if there was a problem. I stated that there was but it had been resolved to which she then ACCUSED me of talking to the other people about what had happened. Poor customer service to say the least. Will NOT be back and will definitely spread the word. This problem could have been corrected WITHOUT hassle or rudeness.
