This was my first visit to this location. I had a gift card in my app but I wasn't sure how to use it. Nikki was so incredibly patient and helpful in showing me how to go through the steps so that I could redeem it. I was unsure about what to order but was open to suggestions. I got the Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich which was absolutely delicious!! It was so filling that I only ate half of it. I also got the Bacon & Gruye're Egg Bites. They were so soft, fluffy...
Very disappointed this was supposed to be what is shown in the second pick a Vanilla sweet cream cold brew.......the first pic is what I received. It was tasty but not the cold foam I was expecting :(
Premium pricing. Fast food appearance and experience. Can't get coffee in ceramic cup/mug anymore when staying in. Got to bring your own. Can't add my own cream and sugar etc from the counter. 10 yrs ago i could fix up my coffee to my liking. People are fine, working hard and trying to serve, no issues there. Coffee is good quality. But the whole Starbucks package is lacking these days.
